One of our residents, Sarah Thornton of Carmarthen, has been busy shedding the pounds and lost a whopping 2 stone 10lbs in just 27 weeks! Sarah hopes to continue on her weight loss journey and is willing to share her weight-loss secrets with us so that her hints and tips to losing weight can support others too.
