SUPERBLY SITUATED IN STYLE
Zebula is a mere 2hr drive north of Johannesburg and a 40min drive from Bela-Bela in the
Limpopo Province. With the Waterberg Mountains around you and the tranquility of the
bush, this escape is relaxation at its best. As an aviation friendly destination, arriving by
aircraft is probably the best way to take in the magnificent views. More often than not,
the 1.4km tarred airstrip is abuzz with animals attracted by the warmth of the tarmac.

The reserve is a malaria free area with over 800 animals and is home to over 20 species of mammals
and more than 250 bird species. The Peter Matkovitch golf course is designed to follow the natural
contours of the terrain and surprising for its bushveld location, water supply is both abundant and
sustainable, ensuring that the quality of the greens is unrivalled and the playing surfaces are always
top notch.

These luxury lodges can accommodate up to 12 guests and are privately positioned so as not to
impose on the surroundings. Each lodge consists of 4 spacious bedrooms, an open plan living area
which includes a diningroom, fully equipped kitchen and lounge, from which stack away doors lead
onto a covered patio with a built in braai and swimming pool.

A HIDDEN TREASURE IN THE PILANESBERG
The Pilanesberg is a malaria free, Big 5, eco-tourism area which is a nature lover’s paradise and is less
than a 2hr drive from Gauteng. The Pilanesberg National Park is in the Bojanala Region of the North
West Province with Black Rhino on the Western side of the Pilanesberg Nature Reserve.

The crater of a long extinct volcano is this setting of this National Park and is one of the largest volcanic
complexes of its kind in the world.

For the adrenaline junkies, golf enthusiasts, and lovers of live entertainment and gambling, take a short
20min drive to Sun City.

The luxury lodges offer an open plan entertainment area which includes the diningroom, an internal
braai, fully equipped kitchen and lounge. Outside you can enjoy an open-air boma with a braai, a
sparkling pool sunk into a wooden deck and a private Jacuzzi. The lodge can accommodate 10 guests.

There are 4 separate chalets which link to the entertainment area. Each chalet has its own full en-suite
bathroom and an outside shower. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and contain a cosy fireplace with a
private patio. Each lodge owns a game drive vehicle with its very own game ranger.

THE GREATER PILANESBERG AWAITS
The sublime luxury of our 10 sleeper private lodge offers guests a true slice of bushveld heaven in the
Vaalkop Dam nature reserve. Fully-equipped to cater to your every need, the lodge boasts an open plan
kitchen, lounge and dining area. The kitchen itself comes appointed with a fridge with freezer, oven,
microwave and dishwasher. 4 beautifully decorated rooms await guests.

The 2 main bedrooms are both en-suite, fitted with a shower, bath and an outside shower. The remaining
2 bedrooms lead off the main passage of the house, adjacent to 2 additional bathrooms each with a
shower. Each bedroom sleeps 2 guests.

The house also comes equipped with a television and DSTV, along with a loft that showcases spectacular
views of the surrounding area. The loft also has a daybed that offers extra sleeping space for 2 children.
Step out of the lounge and onto the wraparound deck with a charming plunge pool and pool loungers
for guests to relax on for some well-deserved down time. Towels and linen are provided and the house
is serviced and cleaned daily.

As any safari-aficionado will tell you, luxury tented camps hit the sweet spot between comfort
and authenticity. We couldn’t agree more, which is why we are developing 10 new additions here
at Finfoot Lake Reserve.
If you are an adventurous traveller who revels in that nostalgic look and feel of iconic canvas
tent-style accommodation, there is one just waiting for you. Located just a stone’s throw from
the Vaalkop Dam and surrounded by natural bushveld, the setting of these luxury tents not only
adds to your privacy, but also makes waking up in the morning a true delight with the cheer of
birdsong all around you.
There is no skimping on space either, as each luxury tent includes 2 to 3 bedrooms and bathrooms
and a timber viewing deck. The bedrooms incorporate an authentic outdoor shower, while each
luxury tented safari camp features a medium-size pool and a private, shaded boma braai area
to call your own. It’s the perfect setting where you can relax while the potjie simmers on the fire.

Dolphin Coast. The Zulu name means ‘valley of flowers’. Zimbali is situated in Ballito, approximately
40km North of Durban and a stone’s throw away from King Shaka Airport.

The architecture has an Indonesian influence and the majestic estate offers guests an exceptional stay

Willards Beach is the main swimming beach for both bathers and surfers, and is protected by shark nets.

The signature golf course at Zimbali, is one of the country’s finest designed by Tom Weiskopf and has a

YOUR PIECE OF THE KRUGER
Mjejane is probably one of the most exclusive properties within our portfolio. The beautiful Mjejane
Game Reserve is fenced into Kruger National Park, situated on the banks of the Crocodile River.

Close to Malelane and the Mozambique border, Mjejane is a 4hr drive from Johannesburg and an
easy 45mins from the Mpumalanga International Airport.

Several well known golf courses can be found in the area including Leopard Creek, which is a must
for golf lovers.

The lodge consists of 2 entertainment areas. The first being the diningroom with an open plan
kitchen. The second open plan area consists of a games room, bar and lounge. There is an internal
braai at the bar area with an outside rim flowing swimming pool nestled close to a Jacuzzi with a
wood stocked boma. There are 5 separate bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom
has a fireplace and air-conditioning. View the game and bird life from your private deck and each
lodge has their own game ranger.

This exclusive golf and trout estate is situated on the edge of the Steenkampsberg with the Kareekraal and
Valyspruit Rivers joining boundaries, before going over a 125 metre waterfall to join the Crocodile River.

Highland Gate is 10km’s from Dullstroom, South Africa’s fly fishing capital, known for its cool, sub-alpine
climate and its misty atmosphere, reminiscent of the Scottish Highlands.

It is also known as the habitat for the 3 endangered cranes, a vast variety of wild flowers and rare species
of mammals. The magnificent Ernie Els golf course is designed to utilize outstanding natural beauty for a
truly memorable golfing experience. The entire estate consists of more than 700 hectares, of which only
30% is demarcated for development. The remainder is to be left in its natural state for visitors to enjoy
walks, mountain biking or simply participating in the attractions, this extraordinary landscape has to offer.

The villa has an open plan area with a lounge, diningroom and fully equipped kitchen. This open plan area
has 2 fireplaces and the entertainment area leads onto a covered patio with a built in braai. The villa has 3
