Plan A – Clear, Drizzle or Light Rain • RB arrives at YVR via private jet very early morning of Thu May 24. RB will stay at the Fairmont Vancouver Airport Hotel. Closer to the event, RB and party use the Fairmont’s Raven Room to prepare. • 12:15 YVR staff holder hockey saluters meet in the DTB, level 2 food court seating area near Harvey’s. After assembly, use RAIC ID’s to enter baggage area, then walk to airside bus parking area for transportation to site. 10
Plan A – Clear, Drizzle or Light Rain • Park aircraft on a deicing pad • Hockey saluters in position at the base of door 1L airstairs • Up to 171 revenue pax deplane from door 4R using YVRAA covered airstairs and immediately bussed to terminal • Up to 10 onboard VIP media “snappers” deplane from 1L wearing Virgin Atlantic branded safety vests for immediate identification and escorted to photo position platform 1 by YVR Communications representative • All non-”snapper” passengers deplaning from door 1L stand in designated and stanchioned pax VIP area 11
Plan A – Clear, Drizzle or Light Rain • RB (in a sport themed costume) and 1 or 2 personal assistants issued YVR block passes and taken from Fairmont Raven Room and driven in an 8-seat YVR airside-permitted ground vehicle to aircraft site • Once VIP’s exit door 1L and all revenue passengers have deplaned from 4R, RB & personal assistant(s) enter aircraft through door 4R 12
Plan A – Clear, Drizzle or Light Rain Onboard: • RB greets VS crew and approximately 5 VS senior officials who were on the flight. In view of this co-mingling, a YVR security observer is recommended to accompany RB and assistant(s). • RB meets the onboard talent who will be part of the photo opportunity. On board, the talent changes from everyday clothes into VS uniforms and a sport themed costume. • RB and talent step out on uncovered stairs at 4L for photographs • RB & talent reenter aircraft. RB changes from sport costume to everyday wear and exits 1L for hockey salute & VVIP greeting with Prem and LB for gift exchanges. 13
Plan A – Clear, Drizzle or Light Rain • RB gifts a model aircraft to LB. LB & Premier gift a Canucks jersey to RB. • RB, Assistant, Prem party, & LB party enter awaiting vehicle and driven to Fairmont Raven Room and await the start of the press conference. John Korenic and possibly Mary Jordan of YVR to join. • Onboard VS executives and talent (approx 8) to join VIP passenger group. • Pax VIP’s bussed to terminal for CBSA processing at designated counters • Upon clearing CBSA VIP paxs leave luggage with Porters & Tourism BC greeters in IRL and proceed to Haida Gwaii for press conference • Upon completion of press conference, VIP paxs return to international arrivals level and board bus to Whistler 14

My name is: ________ We hope you had a very enjoyable trip with Virgin Atlantic! As you may already know, the arrival process today is not the normal one that our guests would see due to today’s inaugural flight arrival. Today, you are going to be taken to a special routing that will get you into the Canada Customs/Immigration and Baggage arrivals area. Please ensure you have a Canada Customs Declaration Card completed – one card per family name - (hold sample card up and ensure all passenger families have one). Upon entry into the Customs Hall, please have the Customs Card and your passport and other identification papers ready for presentation to the officers. Once you are past Customs Officer booths, please to proceed to Carousel # ________(to be confirmed morning of arrival).to pick up your checked baggage. Any oversized or fragile baggage will be at carousel #35. Once you have your bags – please proceed to main `Vancouver’ exit. Dual headed bridge in operation (1L, 2L). • Onboard VIP media snappers wearing non-YVR saftey vests brought to airside photo position 1 • Hockey salute performed in terminal after bridge, before escalators for all passengers. Passengers walk to CBSA. VIP’s escorted and upon entry to CBSA hall, given direction to their counters from there. • Local media snappers bussed from aircraft landing photo area to photo position 2 43
Plan B – Heavy Rain • RB and assistant(s) issued YVR block passes and brought to aircraft from airside. Once most passengers deplane, RB enters aircraft from airside jetbridge stairs • RB onboard activity equivalent as Plan A. Exception: door 4R used for photo opportunity instead of 4L • Prem party & LB party driven from YVR executive offices to gate 64 • After VIP’s and rev pax deplane, LB and Prem await RB at end of hockey salute assembly. Gift exchange captured by YVR photographer • Prem party, LB party & RB party driven to Fairmont Hotel entrance 44
