What’s New in Dynamic Customer Profiling and Segmentation Ability to Update Interactions and Permissions with Marketing Area Information Business Benefits ▪ Provide customers with the full power of segmentation to select interactions in their systems in order to update interactions with a single value for marketing area. • Support customers to update marketing permissions with a single marketing area, if they plan to activate marketing area separation, for example, to adopt B2B relationships. What’s New in Campaign and Journey Orchestration Interaction Block in the Email Lite Editor Business Benefits ▪ The recently introduced "interaction" block in the classic content editor is now available in the email lite editor. ▪ The new block for interactions allows you to define blocks in emails for any kind of interaction of your customers. ▪ You can for example include a block for last viewed product, a recently attended event or a reference to a service ticket, just to name a few examples. ▪ Additionally, the abandoned shopping cart functionality known from the classic editor is now available in email lite using this layout block.
