Osteria Moorestown Private Dining Staying true to the dream its owners had standing among the Ca’Marcanda vineyards in Tuscany, Osteria Moorestown offers a dining experience like no other with its delectable menu of homemade pastas, house-cured salumi, authentic Neapolitan and Roman-style pizzas and wood-grilled meats and fish. An integral player in the rebirth of the Moorestown Mall, the restaurant is the second location of the critically acclaimed Osteria originally founded in Philadelphia by Vetri Family partners Jeff Benjamin and Chefs Marc Vetri, Jeff Michaud and Brad Spence, and is the group’s first venture outside of Pennsylvania. While it shares the same spirit, warm hospitality and evocative, industrial aesthetic of its sister restaurant, Osteria Moorestown offers a unique experience all its own. Guests are invited to relax in the 120-seat dining room, offering ample room for parties and occasions of all scopes and sizes, or to grab a seat at the chefs’ counter for an up-close look at the open kitchen and wood-fired oven at work. In warmer months, an outdoor patio opens for al fresco dining. And of course, there is also room at the bar where a fine selection of wines, handcrafted cocktails and craft beers are poured—a first for Moorestown which was dry for 98 years until Osteria’s arrival.
Room Specifics Layout: The wine room at Osteria Moorestown is located to the left of the entrance way. The private space got its name of the Wine Room for having a full view into the wine cellar that holds some of the best Itlaian wines New Jersey has to offer. The private Wine Room is also adorned with a wall made completely of wine box pieces creating a rustic Italian feel for the room. The beauty of the Wine Room is that it can be made completely private by shutting the sliding door and windows. The space is ideal for presentation dinners and the room holds an automated screen that comes down from the ceiling as well as a projector on site. After you are done with the presentation, the screen can be drawn up. Capacity: The Wine Room can hold a maximum of 30 guests for a seated dinner and standing cocktail reception. For a presentation, the room can hold 20 guests. Menu:For seated meals, we offer a predetermined menu to be served family style. Our family style approach allows interaction through sharing and ensures that your event receives the best possible service. The menus can be tailored to accommodate any dietary restriction and food allergies. Beverage Options: We offer a wide selection of Italian wines that can be charged upon consumption; or our talented sommelier team would be happy to pair wines based on your menu. All beer and cocktails are also charged upon consumption. Included in the price per person are all non alcoholic beverages (sodas, coffee, espresso, tea, etc). Additional Décor: We decorate the room with votive candles and fresh flowers to create a beautiful ambiance. Individual menus are created and displayed at each place setting. If you are celebrating a special event, we can have a separate table to display an in house made cake. Next Steps: To book your event with us, we require a signed contract with a 50% deposit of the food and beverage minimum. The food and beverage minimum is $1000 every day of the week.
