Post-Secondary Presentation Sign Up Sheet ⦿ Please see the Guidance Calendar for Liaison Visits. This sheet must be returned prior to the day of the first presentation. ⦿ If you are a UNIVERSITY BOUND student you can attend 4 university presentations for Ontario schools. You must have taken or be taking at least 6 gr. 12 U or M courses. ⦿ If you are a COLLEGE BOUND student you can attend 4 college presentations. COLLEGE students CANNOT attend University presentations. ⦿ If there is a fifth school you want to attend you MUST get approval the classroom teacher of the class you will be missing the most. ⦿ Complete this form and return it to Mrs. Capretta.

Timeline – Transmissions Date Transmission October First data transmission to OCAS and OUAC – consists of biographical information Late November Second transmission of Sem 1 midterm marks to OCAS February (second Third transmission – semester 1 final marks (OCAS and OUAC) week) Late April- Early May Fourth transmission – semester 2 midterm marks to both OCAS and OUAC July Fifth transmission – semester 2 final marks to both OCAS and OUAC August Students responsible to send any summer school marks
