What we have learned... Students have become more agentic and creative in their own learning. Students have learnt to manage their time whilst Learning From Home. Students have been more involved in developing and implementing skills into their daily lives. Approaches to learning are more organic and visible and there has been an increase in students taking responsibility for their own learning. Teaching and learning strategies in some cases have completely changed, as teachers learn more about digital tools and our Tech Integration has improved to enable Technology to support learning.

Moving into this year... We will continue with opportunities for students to have voice, choice and ownership in their learning and increase the block of synchronous learning for each lesson to allow for more uninterrupted learning. We will increase virtual classes from 30 minutes to 40 minutes and when face to face, in the school building ensure that we have built in uninterrupted inquiry time. We can also bring in student choice for how they wish to approach a task. We will build and focus on scheduling uninterrupted inquiry time across the school.

extenuating circumstances.
