The 2022 Midyear Board of Directors and Members Meeting will be held on Friday & Saturday, January 21-22, 2022
in Irving, TX. The Executive Board will meet on the afternoon of January 20, 2022. Our preference is for members
of the Board to attend in person, and in order to meet quorum and to not waste valuable resources, we hope to have
as many members as possible in person. However, to accommodate those for whom in-person is not an option, we
will offer an option to participate virtually in the Board meeting Friday and Saturday. A virtual option is now
available on the registration page.
We have updated COVID Protocols for those attending in person to help protect your health and peace of mind,
which includes proof of a negative COVID-19 test (administer within 72 hours of attendance), or proof of full
vaccination. We will utilize CrowdPass, a free, simple, secure, and HIPAA-compliant third-party vendor, to clear
attendees for the meeting. You will upload your proof of vaccination or negative test to CrowdPass to be pre-
approved. Full information about CrowdPass will be sent separately at least 2 weeks prior to the meeting to all
registered attendees.

THINGS TO DO
Conveniently nestled between Dallas and Ft. Worth, Irving is in the heart of the DFW Metroplex. Irving is bursting
at the seams with dining, entertainment, arts, music, theater and so much more.
• Mandalay Canals – Inspired by the canals in Venice, visitors can take a gondola tour of the canals, visit one
of the many restaurants with open patio seating along the water, or stroll the cobblestone walkways.
• Toyota Music Factory – Just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, make a night of it over at the Toyota Music
Factory where you can catch a show, grab some drinks, eat at great restaurants, or catch a movie at
the Alamo Drafthouse Movie Theater.
• Golf - Irving has plenty to offer golfers of all levels. Whether you want to set aside time in your travel
schedule to get in some practice, snag some lessons, or do a full 18 holes, there are plenty of courses to
choose from.
WEATHER
January in Irving is cool. Average temperatures for late January range from lows in the lower 40s and highs in the
mid-upper 50s.
What to wear: The dress code for meetings is casual. As indoor environments tend to be cool, dress in layers or
bring a sweater, jacket or shawl and wear comfortable shoes.
