£600 deposit for private party bookings.
Full payment is required one month prior to event.
The Royal Toby Hotel
£15.00 per room deposit (in addition to the above) for party bookings on
Thursday to Sunday nights throughout December. Payment in full on booking
for room packages on December 25th and 31st December. A credit/debit card
is always required to secure your booking.
- PAY M E N T M E T H O D S -
Cheques (payable to The Royal Toby Hotel Castleton Ltd ) are only accepted as deposit or pre-payment up to four
weeks prior to the date of your booking. Within four weeks of your booking, or when settling your bill at your event,
payments must be made by cash, debit, or credit card. Only one bill can be produced per booking.
Please phone for availability and to place a booking.
All bookings are provisional until the deposit is received.
Provisional bookings are held for seven days.

Deposits are redeemed per person by number of guests dining and maybe forfeited for non-arrivals on the day.
If you have to cancel after making a pre-payment, with 48 hours notice , we will offer you the following options:
• Move your booking to a new date with as much flexibility as possible on a mutually agreeable date.
• Receive a voucher to the full value of your pre-payment with 12 months validity from issue.
• Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.
