Expect a tender, rich and flavoursome taste. If you require a bigger bird, please contact our Butchery department who will be able to advise you. All costs are estimates and final price will be based on the exact weight of the bird. We will try our best to supply you with a bird within 0.5kg of what you requested. Cheese Board
Our cheeses are made with fresh milk from the herd of Friesian Holstein cows
that roam our farm just 2 miles from the Ludlow Farmshop.
In total, our dairy team produce 12 of their own cheeses, including cheddars,
blues, soft cheese, ewe’s milk and a smoked cheese.
In fact the list of awards is extraordinary; over the 13 years that the dairy has
existed, they have achieved 29 awards at The British and World Cheese awards
and 11 Great Taste Stars.
