South Course Tournaments
The South Course is ideal for Golf Tournaments. Course design allows for quick pace of play with five Par 3’s and is enjoyable for the
advanced or novice golfer. The proximity to side roads allows for easy accessibility for pre-set up, transport and course take down.
The South Course has valley views, four sets of tees, generous fairways and large greens in a private setting.

Golden Eagle Golf Club Terms & Conditions
Included in your tournament booking: a designated registration desk, access to chipping/putting green, placement and removal of
contest markers, a Golden Eagle Tournament Coordinator for pre-planning and tournament day execution, KP and LD placement
and pick-up, one year in advance tee time booking.
Minimum of 16 players per tournament booking. 72 to 119 players per Modified Shotgun starts, 120 plus players for Full Shotgun
starts. Shotgun starts 8:00 am and 1:30 pm. Course buy out requires a minimum of 120 players. Final billing numbers must be given
two weeks prior to the event date.
Power Cart booking and any damage incurred are the responsibility of the Tournament Organizer. Damage may
result in additional charges. Events requiring more than 75 carts will be billed at third party pricing as full carts
(approximately $60.00 per cart). Ample notice is needed as these rent out on a first-come basis.

Estimated number of guests. Select your Contests - Longest Drive (LD), Closest to the Pin (KP), Putting, Straightest Drive, Hole in Ones.
Give all on-course vendor information to Golden Eagle Golf Club for approval and organize insurance. All on course sponsorship must
be approved by the Golf Operations Manager prior to the event.

Final billing numbers given for golf and food, finalize menu, seating arrangements and any special dietary requests. Confirm registration
set up and on-course details/requirements with Golden Eagle Golf Club. Confirm any required golf club rental equipment. Golden
Eagle Golf Club reserves the right to alter your tournament play to consecutive tee times if minimum player numbers are not met.

Day of Event
Tournament Organizer (you) should arrive at least one hour prior to the first tee time, or in the case of a shotgun start, one and a half
hours ahead of scheduled tee time. Meet with the Tournament Coordinator who will be available to assist you prior to the first tee time.
Weather and Course Rules
In the case of inclement weather, tournaments will play as scheduled unless the Superintendent deems the course unplayable. If
this is the case, a new date will be scheduled for your tournament.
Players must abide by the “Local Rules” described on the score card. The Organizer will be responsible for the conduct of his/her
players. Novice players should be mixed with experienced players whenever possible.
Golden Eagle Golf Club Terms & Conditions
Food and Beverage
In accordance with Provincial Government Law all alcohol must be purchased at Golden Eagle Golf Club including sponsors serving
alcohol. Some restrictions apply. All bags and coolers are subject to inspection. Personal alcohol will be confiscated and returned
to the guest upon their departure from the property. Absolutely no coolers or other beverage storage systems may be brought onto
the course.

Golden Eagle Golf Club reserves the right to appoint the appropriate dining space (Patio 37 - indoors or outdoors or the Banquet Room)
in accordance with your lunch/dinner guest numbers.
A Saturday Banquet Room booking requires a minimum of 100 lunch or dinner guests and a buffet purchase of $32.00 or above. The
Carved Roast Beef Buffet, The Mountainside Buffet, The Bordertown BBQ Buffet, and the West Coast Buffet have a minimum guest number
of 40. If your numbers are below 40 your buffet will be converted into a plated version.
General
Where the client or their function guests cause any damage to the premises or property of Golden Eagle Golf Club or where
excessive clean up is required, the client shall be responsible for the reasonable costs incurred for any required replacement or
repair necessitated by such damage or excessive mess. Costs will be deducted from the damage deposit and additional charges to
the credit card on file if applicable.
Golden Eagle Golf Club is not responsible for loss or theft of property brought by guests to the Golf Club. Golden Eagle Golf Club and
the client shall each indemnify and hold the other forever harmless from, and against, any personal injury, property damage, loss,
liability or claim of liability, expenses, fines and penalties including reasonable legal fees where caused by any wrongful or negligent
act or omission by such party, or person acting under their direction or for whom they are legally responsible.
All function guests remain legally liable to those persons they have injured or whose property they have damaged by their own
actions. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that his/her guests adhere to all guidelines and respect the golf course and club
house rules. Golden Eagle reserves the right to ask any inappropriate guest to leave the premise. Failure to comply will result in the
authorities being notified.
Appropriate dress must be worn at all time. Torn or cut off jeans, bathing attire of any kind, tank tops, tub or halter tops, mesh shirts
or team jerseys, short shorts and sweatpants are all examples of inappropriate dress.
Golden Eagle Golf Club reserves the right to hold more than one function on the property at any given time.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any changes to this Agreement must be made in writing
and signed by each party. Any provision of this Agreement that is unenforceable shall be deemed removed and ineffective without
invalidating or rendering the remainder of this Agreement invalid. Each party shall execute any other documents required to carry out
the intention, as well as to comply with the provisions, of this Agreement. All prices listed within this package are subject to change.
To Secure Your Date, Tee Time, Golf Course and Food Purchase
A signed contract with a damage deposit (non-refundable except where specifically stated otherwise) and a valid credit card is required
to secure the booking. The damage deposit will be refunded the following week of the event if no costs have incurred or you may
choose to roll over your deposit to the following year.
