 CSEA                offers all members, active and retired, and their
                     families high quality college education at no cost
 for tuition, books, and student fees. The main question we get asked
 is “Is this for real?” We can assure you the answer is yes! Thousands of

 CSEA No-Cost Associate Degree Program

 In partnership with Eastern Gateway Community College
 Earn an Associate degree or take courses for
 professional growth or personal enrichment.
 Choose from over 30 areas of study.

 CSEA No-Cost Bachelor’s Degree Completion Program

 In partnership with Central State University,
 Franklin University, and Paul Quinn College
 Complete a Bachelor’s degree online.
 Choose from a variety of majors.

 CSEA No-Cost Teacher Credentialing Program

 In partnership with Central State University
 As part of the online Bachelor’s degree in
 Education you can also earn a teaching credential.

Eligibility: Active and retired CSEA members and their family members, including spouses,
domestic partners, children, grandchildren, and other family members. Family members
do not need to be living with you or be your financial dependent to access this benefit.

Scholarships and Grants

                $135,000 annually in
 scholarships and grants to members and
 their dependents, including spouses.

  • Member Career Grants: $1,000
