A LETTER FROM OUR CEO, ROBERT GOULD E X PE R IE N CE T H E C O R NE R S At THE CORNERS OF BROOKFIELD we make it our mission to be at the heart R ETA IL & SER VI C E DI N I N G AT of the community. Our unique European style Town Square defines a sense TH E C O RN E RS of place, a gathering place. Our carefully crafted tenant mix and walkable scale, events schedule, multi-channel digital communication media, and partnerships with tenants and local community serving stakeholders, encourages a sense of belonging and civic pride. The Corners is an open air mixed use center with over 420,000 square feet of premier retail, anchored by a Von Maur Department Store, Sendiks Food *OP E N IN G 20 21 Market, Silverspot our luxury Movie theater and in 2021 we shall be opening Improv Comedy Club. We offer an eclectic mix of retail, entertainment and dining. 244 luxury apartment residences enhance a sense of belonging. The centrally located 1 acre Market Square is ‘community central’ for locally focused festivals and events. This unique town center already boasts a great mix of local, regional and national retailers, some of whom are entering the Milwaukee marketplace for the first time, others are local favorites. By offering a sense of identity and place, and being a natural gathering spot, we have become a destination, which returns value to the stakeholders of the C I N E MA GRO C E RY center.
