STAY HEALTHY AT HOME A lot of us are spending a lot more time at home than usual, which makes it important to keep our bodies moving to avoid injury and stay healthy. We’ve put together an easy workout that doesn’t require any special equipment. It can be done anywhere, so why not give it a try? Complete each of these exercises for one minute, and repeat for two to three rounds.
