W elcome to the first monogram issue by LogoInspirations. I
had to look through more than 1000 monogram submissions
and trim the selections down to just over 300 (320 to be precise).
Which was a tough process as so many were great.
Monograms first appeared on coins, as early as 350BC. The
earliest known examples are of the names of Greek cities which
issued the coins, often the first two letters of the city’s name.
They’ve now become a huge part of our culture in company
logos and historical movements. The modern-day monogram is a

Upstate Merch by Wild Giant Studio What is ‘Upstate Merch’? Upstate Merch is a screenprinting & embroidery shop in Whitney Point, New York. They’re great people with a passion for printing and are some of the best in the country in merchandise customizing. How did the client find you? Dylan, the owner, found us via Instagram in 2019. He was looking to have a character/mascot done for their shop and came upon our work. We hit it off and they have become our go-to printer ever since. They’ve always treated us like family and have been very good to our studio. What was the brief for the logo? One of the cool things we get to do is to make brand packs or logo kits. These projects generally consist of designing various brand-centric pieces to be used for promotional needs, mostly apparel. This project consisted of 4 logos that needed to work specifically for patches. The crew at Upstate gives us a lot of creative freedom with these sort of projects, as do a lot of clients.
