TOWNHOUSE DEVELOPMENT Logo Design & Brand Guidelines – $2,500 Create a fresh new brand identity utilizing development inspiration with moodboard, concepts, colours and typography. Revisions to be based around client feedback for additional iterations. Logo files to be provided in PNG, JPG, PDF & EPS formats. Along with a structured brand guideline PDF for administration and future marketing references. Social Media Page & Template Design – $2,750 Create a customized design to Facebook & Instagram including profile & cover images. Adjust social page layouts to best suit the development. Create 8 uniquely customizable social templates (1080x1080) uploaded to clients free Canva.com account for administration usage. All social pages will be interconnected with the main website and digital marketing platforms. Email Marketing Template Design – $3,500 Create professionally designed email templates (welcome, floorplans, amenities, sales tactics, etc) to be used in MailChimp for communication and PROJECT 01 marketing drip campaigns. Establish an automated system that sends welcome messages with content, activates a drip campaign with additional templates to aid in sales. Print & Collateral Designs – $2,750 Print ready designed collateral including: letterhead 8.5x11, #10 envelope, presentation folder 9x12”, business cards including up to 15x team mem- bers, floorplan template package, amenities/features list and 8-12 page booklet style brochure. Environmental Graphics + Signage – $2,500 Custom project signage, fence wrapping for use on job sites, billboard and other lawn signage for physical locations. Size TBD. All variety and variations included. WordPress Multi-Page Theme Design & Implementation + SEO Keyword Integration $5,500 Customized WordPress template with a modern responsive theme that will function as the main information and registration site. Staging website will be developed on Uptake Creative’s server and migrated upon approval. SEO will be integrated into the website including all media, pages and appropriate plugins to support SEO optimization specifically targeting potential buyers/investors. Website will be information based, sup- porting pages with content, stock images and videos. Adding necessary information pages, contact and support pages along with an integrated website registration and booking platform. Content to be supplied by client. Email signatures design included. $19,500 + GST – Cost of TOWNHOUSE Development Marketing, Design & Implementation 4-12 week timeline depending on content and revisions from the client. Website hosting, security and email addresses available for $300/year per website.

Website hosting, security and email addresses available for $300/year per website.
50% deposit upon agreement. Remaining balance will be due upon completion of the project or 120 days have elapsed from deposit. All of the above items are recommended for a full and complete project. Client email sign-off required for each part of the design and development process before moving on to the next stage. If any items or project increases FINE in scope, the client will be informed before additional work is commenced. All prices do not include website hosting/security, printing costs, on-going and additional edits, website mainte- nance, social media advertising/ad spend, email marketing management which are based on a monthly retainer. Any additional designs and content will be quoted on a need to know basis. PRINT Additional required subscriptions, memberships, plugins, payment portals, financial bank accounts and transaction deductions are responsibilities of the client. These will be discussed with client ahead of time. We use commercial copyright free images from online sources. Any other images/graphics/logos/renderings/floor- plans are to be supplied from the client. The client verifies that any media supplied is deemed to be copyright free or they hold the copyright license. The client is allowed a maximum of three revisions on any one particular item. Content whether media, video, im- agery, written is to be provided by the client, alternative resources are available and can be quoted upon if re- quired.
