Exhibitors’ Manual 7th - 9th March 2022 7 Exhibitors Point of Assistance For your convenience, the exhibition will feature a basic service to exhibitors to assist you during the event. This point will be placed in the exhibition area. Exhibitor Badges Exhibitors and their staff will be issued Exhibitor Badges. Details should be submitted on the control panel. Staff Badges The exhibitor and their staff should request ba dges to use during the construction and the dismantling periods by their employees. These badges are not valid during the event, 7 - 9 March. Car Parking The exhibition center provides ample parking at the front of the venue. Security There will be security professionals working throughout the event. However, this does not guarantee the security of the goods exhibited at each booth. Exhibitors are thus invited to engage in any insurance necessary for protecting the material exhibited. Cleaning Intercontinental Festival Arena is responsible for the general cleaning of the complex. However, exhibitors are responsible for the removal of additional materials as well as for the removal of trash produced during the set-up. During the event, the venue is responsible solely for cleaning corridors between booths. Each exhibitor is responsible for cleaning inside their booth. For those interested in contracting exclusive cleaning services, please contact info@paperoneshow.net Food and Beverage Food and beverage services are available at the cafeteria; Hot & Cold Arabic and International cuisine is available. Please be aware, no food and beverage may be brought into the Venue. The Venue is very strict on this policy. There will be security checks at the entrance. A Food & Beverage list will be sent to all the exhibitors separately for those who wish to order food and beverages for their exhibition booth. Gala Dinner
A dinner event will be offered to both exhibitors and attendees, and it will be held on March 7th at 7.00
p.m. - 9:00 p.m. This Gala Dinner is free of charge for exhibitors. Every company has its limited number
of invitations;
9 sqm 1 invitation ticket, 10-36 sqm 2 invitation tickets, 37-60 sqm 3 invitation tickets and 61 -> sqm 4
invitation tickets.
To attend the event, invitation tickets must be collected from the organiser office. Additional invitation
vouchers are available at 150+5% VAT= 157.5 Euro each. Please contact info@paperoneshow.net

SPACE ONLY
For exhibitors space only who set up their own stands the following forms have to be filled out;
• Exhibitors who build their own stands are required to submit a scale drawing of their booth, including
elevation views and dimensions.
Exhibitors who build their own stands are required to order the main power supply to their booth area.
Height Limits
• Single storey stands may be built to a maximum of 4m; exhibitors wishing to exceed this height
must obtain the organisers’ approval. All rigging must be arranged through Outback Rigging. Any
rigging must also be signed off in the organiser’s office during build up. PLEASE ALSO ENSURE A
CONVERSATION IS HAD WITH THE ORGANISERS AND/OR THE VENUE TO ENSURE THERE ARE NO
RESTRICTIONS E.G HANGING SIGNS ABOVE YOUR STAND SPACE.
• There are no weight restrictions in the outside area. (If over 5 ton, then a spreader will be required)
• The largest goods entrance door measures (5.2m wide × 5.2m high).
SHELL SCHEME
For exhibitors with shell scheme stands the following forms have to be filled out;
- Exhibitors who participate with shell scheme stands at each 9sqm will have
1 counter, 2 chairs, 1 table, 3 spotlights, 1 fascia name, 1 dustbin, 1 power socket and carpet.

• Nothing may exceed 2.5m above hall floor unless you have written approval from the organisers.

Building Regulations
Exhibitors are not allowed to paint or fix stickers or other displays to the organiser’s stand material and
parts. It is also prohibited to fix nails, ropes, strings, screws, and adhesives to the structure of the exhibition
hall. It is strictly prohibited to extend stand construction or exhibits into the aisles and passageways.
Fire Regulations
All materials used in stand construction must be properly fire-proofed in accordance with international
standards; general international safety standards apply.
Working Exhibits
The organisers reserve the right to determine the acceptable sound level and extent of demonstrations
for working exhibits and audio/visual presentations, in the event of a complaint from other exhibitors.
Audio/visual screens should be fitted so they can be viewed from within the exhibitor’s stand to avoid
obstruction in the passageways.Exhibitors’ Manual 7th - 9th March 2022 13 Official Stand Construction Exhibitors requiring stand construction, display services or additional work to the organiser’s stand fitting services may contact the organisers directly for a quote without obligation from our partner, Stand Cleaning The organisers are responsible for the cleaning of passageways and organisers fitted stand floors. Stand Fascia Exhibitors building their own stands are requested to display their name and stand number in english. Exhibitors using the organiser’s stand fitting services will have their name and stand number featured on their fascia in english. Maximum Heights and Weights The maximum height of exhibits in the organisers fitting services stand is 2.40 m. (Shell Scheme). The maximum height of exhibits in purpose build stands is 6.00m. Organisers must be informed (Custom Made Booth Design and Application). There are no weight restrictions in the outside area. (If over 5 ton, then a spreader will be required) The largest goods entrance door measures (5.2m wide × 5.2m high). Power Supply The electrical power supply is 220V, 50Hz; all exhibitors must order electrical connections through the organisers. Details should be filled on the platform. Water & Waste The exhibition center has limited facilitation for piped water or drainage around the perimeter of the center. Details should be filled on the platform. Relocation The organisers reserve the right to relocate exhibitors stand position, without liability, should it be deemed necessary for whatever reason.

THINGS TO DO IN DUBAI
From Burj Khalifa to Palm Jumeirah, explore Dubai’s best things to
do and must-see tourist attractions
Dubai is a city that must be seen to be believed. Record-breaking architecture stands alongside
traditional quarters, while man-made islands jut out of the coastline. Here are the top places to tick off
your sightseeing list when you’re in town.
Burj Khalifa
Standing 828 metres high, the Burj Khalifa is hard to miss. The world’s tallest tower naturally dominates
the Dubai skyline, but the true majesty of the building is best appreciated up close or, even better, from
inside. On a clear day, the view from the observation deck on level 124 is absolutely stunning, topped
only by the view from the luxurious At The Top Sky Lounge on the 148th floor. And for those who would
like to linger for a meal in the clouds, At.mosphere on level 122 is the place to be.
The Dubai Mall
Right next to the Burj Khalifa is The Dubai Mall. To call the sprawling development merely a shopping
mall is doing it a disservice. Even an entire day spent here isn’t enough to see it all. With its 1,200-plus
shops and 150 restaurants, there are plenty of things to do, and the venue is also home to an indoor
theme park, an ice rink, a huge indoor waterfall, a choreographed outdoor fountain, and the giant Dubai
Aquarium and Underwater Zoo.
The Dubai Fountain
The Dubai Fountain, located at the base of the iconic Burj Khalifa and just outside the doors of the
famous Dubai Mall, features the world’s largest choreographed fountain system. This popular dancing
water show jets water streams as high as 150 metres in the air. Each colourful, illuminated jet sways in
time to various musical numbers from around the world, producing what has become one of the most
popular shows in Dubai.
Palm Jumeirah
A man-made island in the shape of a palm tree - there’s a reason why locals say ‘only in Dubai.’ Palm
Jumeirah is one of the largest artificial islands in the world and a triumph of human ingenuity. Locals
and tourists alike enjoy the Palm’s vast array of high-end hotels, including the Waldorf Astoria, Fairmont,
One&Only, Jumeirah Zabeel Saray and, perhaps most notably, the iconic Atlantis, The Palm.
The Desert
Less than 20 minutes driving from the modernist streets of Downtown Dubai, you can experience the
marvels of the Arabian Desert, the original tourist attraction of Dubai. Take a desert safari Dubai-style
with off-roading, quad biking and sandboarding followed by traditional barbeques, henna and camel

REGULATIONSExhibitors’ Manual 7th - 9th March 2022 21 EXHIBITOR REGULATIONS COVID-19 PROTOCOLS FOLLOWED BY THE VENUE (EXPO CENTRE SHARJAH) 1- Thermal cameras (temperature monitoring) have been installed at the main entry & exit points to screen & detect elevated body temperatures 2- All Halls will be fully sanitized, before and after the event 3- Every exhibiting stand will be sanitized, before and after the event 4- Security personnel will supervise & monitor the sanitization process 5- Additional staff will be appointed during the show to ensure rigorous cleaning at regular intervals 6- Social Distancing will be made compulsory during move-in, move-out and exhibition operational hours 7- Hall occupancy will be restricted, so as to prevent over-crowding 8- Medical Clinics / Ambulance services will be available at the venue, in case of emergencies 9- No seating areas will be available in the Customer Service office 10- Limited seating capacity in the Organizers’ Office 11- Appropriately spaced waiting lounge seating areas will be provided to visitors 12- The venue will be under 24/7 CCTV surveillance and police control 13- Transportation facility will be available at the venue (Sharjah RTA Bus/Taxi) 14- Waiting queues with 2 metre social distancing to be strictly followed at the transport pick-up locations 15- All organizer staff will be fully PPE protected with face mask/shield and gloves IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS (to be strictly followed) 1- Every exhibitor staff participating at the exhibition should have their PCR tests done at least 48 hours prior to entering the venue and accessing their booth 2- As a precautionary measure and for your safety, we encourage all exhibitors to use countertop acrylic shields at all viewing / purchase points (For rental enquiries, please contact the Customer Service Office) 3- Every exhibiting staff should wear mask all the times to secure themselves and others from getting infected 4- For those not equipped with the above, sanitizing kits will be available, if required, from the Customer Service office at a fee of AED 35 per kit 5- Smart payment systems (touch-free / cashless / credit card etc) is highly recommended 6- If any exhibitor staff is found to have COVID-19 symptoms, it should be immediately reported to the Organizers’ Office 7- Prayer rooms will be operational subject to social distancing & precautionary measures

BOOTH CAPACITY POLICY
1- All exhibitors are requested to strictly follow the below staff capacity in their respective booths at any
given time during the exhibition operating hours. A maximum limit of ONE (1) staff will be permitted for
every THREE (3) square meters of exhibitor booth space
Example:
9 sqm = 3 staff | 12 sqm = 4 staff | 18 sqm = 6 staff | 24 sqm = 8 staff | 36 sqm = 12 staff | 48 sqm = 16 staff |
72 sqm = 24 staff
NOTE: Violation of the booth capacity policy will attract a fine of AED 5000 for every additional staff above
the permitted limit
F&B POLICY
1- Food-Delivery services from outside restaurants, will not be allowed
2- Onsite F&B facilities will be available at the venue with designated dining areas (2 seats per dining table)
3- Food kiosks will be available at various locations in the venue

Food and beverage services are available from the cafeteria; serving Middle Eastern & International cuisine.
No outside food or drink may be brought into the venue.
A Food & Beverage list will be sent to all the exhibitors seperately for exhibitors who wish to order food and
beverages for their exhibition booth.
Orders are valid to be delivered / supplied only when paid in full. Payment should be made in favour of Al
Furat Paper Trading,

Exhibitors may choose to send their cargo through their own shipping channels, however the exhibitor must inform their own Transport Agent to contact the Official Freight Forwarder for lifting and handling requirements on site. You may also contact the official freight carrier for complete movement of your cargo, and they can assist you with their agents / associates in various countries.
