The Simi Valley Senior Center will offer in-person Chair Yoga for Seniors with experienced instructor Smita Dandekar. The six-week class series will meet on Wednesdays from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., January 19 to February 23. Each weekly class will focus on a different, specific goal.
