BARTLETT ELEMENTARY LEIP GOAL PLAN 2021-2022 School: Bartlett Elementary School Goal: To use a systematic, data-driven, multi-tiered instructional model that increases the capacity to educate all students resulting in increased achievement in literacy. Literacy Sub-Goal: To increase the percentage of students who maintain or increase proficiency in literacy content. Objectives: • Bartlett Elementary School staff will continue implementation of a core reading program at all levels (Grades 1-4) during the 90-minute literacy block within the Master Schedule. • Carry out a multi-tiered intervention system that provides additional support to students on a daily basis. • Apply the SAU 19 curriculum standards and the state standards as outlined. • Add in 15 minutes of daily reseach-based instruction and practice in phonological awareness, phonemic awareness and the alphabetic principle in grade one and grade two. • Ongoing monitoring of personalized learning for every student using the IXL platform.
