G-Factor is a reac�on environment which seeks to transform the poten�al for
technological innova�on within young individuals and scien�sts into entrepreneurial
reali�es able to successfully establish themselves in the market, crea�ng replicable
and scalable business models.
G-Factor is a space, created by Fondazione Golinelli for emerging entrepreneurial
reali�es, that offers a collabora�ve and genera�ve environment that enhances the
cultural and technological contamina�on and concep�on of different competences,
experiences and cultures: economic, humanis�c, scien�fic and technical.
G-Factor is a response to address the need to integrate scien�fic research, industry
and the market, focusing on young people and their business ideas.
Located in a one-of-a-kind territorial ecosystem with a strong scien�fic and
entrepreneurial history, G-Factor aims to enable new entrepreneurs to grow, with
an understanding approach following scien�fic and market principles, and with
the support of personalized incubator and accelerator programs, access to capital,
structures, and rela�onships.

G-Force
An innova�ve program, custom designed for researchers and young experts
with a high technical-scien�fic profile, that accelerates individual and team
talent enabling growth, both entrepreneurially and scien�fically.
The G-Force program has a total dura�on of 9 months with an ini�al
residen�al phase of intensive ac�vi�es of 3 months and a non-residen�al
phase the following 6 months, which include workshops, mentoring, coaching,
recruitment aid, matching of poten�al industry partners, combined with
logis�c services, business services, concessionary agreements and incen�ves.
Accommoda�on in Bologna at affiliated structures for up to 2 team members
is provided for the first three months of the program.
What we offer
Each startup has special needs and characteris�cs. For this reason, we are commi�ed
to customizing the accelerator program for each startup by selec�ng the right
mentors and partners to nurture and fuel their growth.
We offer each startup a dedicated coworking space as well as accommoda�on in
Bologna during the residen�al phase of the program.
