KASHMIR PACKAGE (6 Nights & 7 Days)

TOUR ITINERARY :

DAY 01: SRINAGAR
Arrive at Srinagar airport and transfer to hotel arrive and
check in at Hotel Grand Mahal Similar. In the evening enjoy
 the famous Shikara Ride for 01 Hour in Dal Lake.
Overnight at Srinagar. (Meals: Dinner)

DAY 02: SRINAGAR – SONMARG – SRINAGAR
After breakfast, proceed to Sonmarg for a day trip. Visit the
Thajiwas Glacier (own cost) at an altitude of 9186 feet.
 It is a lovely vantage point to observe snow and the
picturesque Kashmir Valley. Later return back to Srinagar
in the evening.

DAY 03: SRINAGAR – GULMARG
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Gulmarg. Arrive and
 check in at Hotel Royal Park / Similar. Later proceed for
 Gondola ride. You have the option to do the sledging,
 Horse riding, ATV biking, etc. (own cost).
Overnight at Gulmarg. (Meals: Breakfast, Dinner)
DAY 04: GULMARG – PAHALG
After breakfast, enjoy the beauty of Gulmarg
 by visiting Shiv Temple, Golf Course,(on own).
Later check out and proceed to Pahalgam. Enroute
enjoy the charismatic beauty of Kashmir.
 Arrive and check in at Hotel Hill Top / Similar.
Evening free for leisure activities.
Overnight at Pahalgam. (Meals: Breakfast, Dinner)

DAY 05: PAHALGAM
After breakfast, proceed to Chandanwari also known as the base
camp of Amarnath. Later proceed to Betaab Valley & Aru Valley
The Pleasant little village makes a very interesting day walk,
following the Lidder River for 11 Kms. Overnight at Pahalgam.

DAY 06: PAHALGAM – SRINAGAR
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Srinagar.
Arrive and check in at Dawn Group of Houseboat. Later
proceed for local sightseeing which includes Shalimar
Garden, Nishant Garden, Shankaracharya Hills and Moghul
Garden which is popularly known as Chashme Shahi
Garden. Overnight in Houseboat. (Meals: Breakfast,
Dinner)
DAY 07: SRINAGAR
After breakfast, check out and proceed to airport to
board flight for homeport. Tour ends on arrival with sweet memories. (Meal: Breakfast)

Tour cost: Rs. 22,000/- per person on twin sharing basis
           Rs. 18,000/- per person quad sharing basis

Rates Include:
✓ Accommodation at the Hotels mentioned on Twin or Quad sharing basis.
✓ Breakfast and Dinner as mentioned in the itinerary with special arrangement for Jain.
✓ Transfers, sightseeing and surface transportation by deluxe vehicle (6 pax in Innova).
✓ 7 Pax in a Maruti Van Only (Non-AC) for Chandanwari, Betaab & Aru Valley at Pahalgam.
✓ Gulmarg Gondola Cable Car (Phase One).
✓ Shikara Ride (4 pax in 1 Shikara and for 1 hour).
✓ Gardens entry fees as mentioned in Srinagar.
✓ 2 bottles of mineral water per person per day.
✓ Daily Sanitization of Vehicles & provisions of masks with sanitizers.
Exclusions:
✓ Any Airfare / Train Fare
✓ All expenses which is personal nature like travel insurance, mineral water, laundry charges,
telephone charges, food and drinks not forming part of the group menus and optional tours.
✓ Any items not specifically mentioned in “Tour cost includes”
✓ Entrance fees of Tulip Garden (Rs 50/- per person) and forest toll at Aru Valley (Rs 25 per
person).

Payment Term :
Rs. 5000/- per person at time of booking.
Rest of the payment 45 days prior to the departure.

NOTE:
* Also clients going to Sonmarg from 2014 there will a Sonmarg entry point from they have to
take a union car which cost around 1400 per car to and fro, or they have to take pony on their
own cost.
* Also note that for Gulmarg the car will only drop the passenger to the hotel. For internal
transfers from hotel to sightseeing spot the passenger will have to take a pony at their own
cost.
* In Pahalgam resort (Pahalgam) hotel provide you only electric heating blanket. no blower
will be provided due to low supply of power (electricity)
* Tour cost based on minimum of 6 passengers traveling per date. We require minimum 2
people to operate tour. Additional surcharge will be applicable if there are less than 4
Passengers.
* In case of any deviation in the currency rates, difference amount will be applicable on the
tour cost.
* All hotels and airlines are subject to availability at the time of booking.
* In case of cancellation, you will get credit note after deducting cancellation amount, which
can be utilize in future within the span of 1 year.
* Company reserves all the right to change the hotel, schedule & departure dates without any
prior notice.
* Once you have book the tour with us it is understood that you have accepted the terms and
conditions of the company.
* Itinerary and Sightseeing is Subject to change as per the Weather Conditions.
* This is a Suggested itinerary. The itinerary can be reversed as per our Hotel & Kitchen
availability. Sightseeing and inclusions will remain the same. The final itinerary will be shared
a week prior departure.
* Rooms would be allotted by the hotel. We will try our level best to accommodate the group
in adjacent rooms, however we cannot guarantee the same.
CANCELLATION POLICY (PER PERSON):
* No of Days Charges
* 35 Days or more prior to the date of departure Deposit Amount
* 34 – 15 Days prior to the date of departure 50% of the Tour Cost
* 14 – 10 Days prior to the date of departure 75% of the Tour Cost
* In case you are a ‘No Show’ on the tour 100% of the Tour Cost
