What To Do If a Team Member Tests Positive for COVID-19
• If a team member tests positive for COVID-19, immediately have everyone on your
team who has been in contact with them get tested.
• Wait for results before returning to work!
• Contact all guests of the infected team members who came into contact with that team
member over the last 14 days.
• When calling guests – Notify them that a team member they came into contact with has
tested positive for COVID-19.
• *NOTE YOU CANNOT PROVIDE NAME OF INFECTED DUE TO HIPPA LAWS.
• For Precautionary reasons, Recommend the guest get tested as well .
• Remind Guest that the location adheres to all sanitation protocols and all team members are
required to wear masks.
• Infected Team Member MUST self quarantine for 14 days.
• Infected Team Member MUST re-test and test negative before returning to workRemember to Prepare
