ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE INTER-NOISE 2019 MADRID EXHIBITION
Dear Exhibitor,
We would like to announce you the Technical and Commercial Exhibition of Acoustics and Vibration
products - instruments, equipment, materials, etc., - to be held jointly with the international con-
gress INTER-NOISE 2019 MADRID, June 16th to 19th 2019.
The Congress and the Exhibition will be held in the Municipal Congress Palace (PMC) located in the
“Campo de las Naciones” at a short distance from the Madrid Airport (5,5 km, 6 min by Car and 8
min by Metro) and from the city (8,8 km, 18 min by Metro), including underground parking.
The Exhibition area has 2.220 m2 and cocktails and the congress coffee shop will be in the same area.
The venue will provide to the exhibitor’s rooms enough for goods to storage. There is a parking in the
same building for the assistants.

Technical Exhibition
INTER-NOISE 2019 will include a Technical Exhibition that will be located in the Congress venue
“Palacio Municipal de Congresos de Madrid – Campo de las Naciones”.
The Technical Exhibition will enable companies and institutions to display during the Congress the
latest in technology and services in the areas of noise control, acoustics and relevant fields; an
attendance of more than 1.000 experts is foreseen.

• 6 square meters’ booth (3 x 2 meters’ exhibit space)
• Octagonal aluminium structure, silver anodized aluminium profile with white laminated wood
panels, height 2,63 m.
• Blue fireproof carpet and plastic cover to protect it.
• Lighting Led lamp of 150 watts.
• Differential magneto thermal switch (500 watts)
• Frontis with exhibitor’s name in vinyl (Helvetica Font)
• 1 Counter with logo
• 1 Round table (80 cms) and 2 white chairs
• Exhibitor passes (3 per Booth of 6 m2)
Rental Prices: includes standard Booth setup, furniture, etc. as specified above, listing in
the Congress Programme and Proceedings, one copy of Conference Proceedings.

Congress venue:
The Municipal Congress Centre is a highly
versatile venue with a cutting-edge design
located in Madrid’s business development
centre: El Campo de las Naciones. It has
all the technology and services required
to run all kinds of events, especially con-

Just 10 minutes from Madrid-Barajas airport, it offers excellent transport links via the metro, bus,
and private transport. The Venue is 18 minutes away from the city center by metro. It has large
exhibition areas, with one auditoria capable of holding 1,900, a multipurpose room with an area of
2,200 m2 and thirty rooms with different capacities for conventions, large and small business events,

13Cancellation policies
By the organizers:
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizers may modify or cancel the exhibition. In this case,
the total amount paid will be reimbursed to the exhibitors.
For the exhibitor:
In the event that the exhibitor cancels his participation, he must notify the Technical Secretariat in
writing.
Refunds for cancellations:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to: internoise2019@bcocongresos.com
Before March 16, 2019, 60% of the total amount will be refunded.
As of March 17, 2019, no refunds will be made.
In case the exhibitor does not comply with the established deadlines, the Technical Secretariat may
cancel the reservation of the space and award it to another company, without being obliged to re-
turn the amount already paid.
