Location, Dates and Hours Location New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, Exhibit Halls B2 and C 900 Convention Center Boulevard, New Orleans, LA 70130 Expo Dates and Schedule Expo hours have been scheduled to provide maximum interaction between attendees and exhibitor personnel including more than 3 hours of exclusive exhibit hall time. In addition, the exhibit hall will be closed from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday to provide a lunch break for exhibit personnel. If we find it necessary to alter expo hours, exhibitors will receive as much advance notice as possible. New for 2022! Coffee Talks in the Exhibit Hall In addition to the exclusive expo hours listed above, SHAPE America will be hosting Coffee Talks in the exhibit hall from 9:45 - 10:45 a.m. Wednesday - Friday. These intimate, topic-based roundtable discussions will present additional opportunities for exhibitors to connect with attendees in new and different ways. Stay and Save Incentive All exhibitors that remain setup until the designated dismantle time on Friday, April 29, 2022 will receive $100 off your total contracted exhibit space for the 2023 SHAPE America National Convention & Expo in Seattle, WA, March 28 - April 1, 2023. *Nonprofit/Government Exhibit Space Rates
Nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations and government agencies that raise awareness through distribution of FREE
education resources and DO NOT offer any items for sales are eligible to receive a 65% discount off regular exhibit
space rates.
The Nonprofit/Government Exhibit Space Discount will be automatically applied to your online exhibit space
reservation. To ensure that your discount is applied, please be sure to answer "Yes" to the questions "Are you a
501(c)(3) organization or government agency?" and "Are you interested in purchasing a Nonprofit/Government
Exhibit Space?" on the Company Information (Private) page/step of the exhibit space application.

Gamification Mardi Gras Scavenger Hunt Game This limited opportunity traffic-driver is sure to attract attendee attention, boost your visibility and deliver strong foot traffic to your booth. How to Participate Exhibitors have the opportunity to purchase a game space in the Mardi Gras Scavenger Hunt game book for $300. Each exhibitor will receive 250 strands of Mardi Gras beads in a single color to distribute as attendees complete their question/activity for the game. Exhibitors may opt to upgrade to a set of Mardi Gras beads that feature their logo on an attached medallion for an additional $315 (for a total investment of $615). Participating exhibitors will provide one of the following: A question that attendees will need to ask when visiting your exhibit booth An activity that attendees will need to perform when visiting your exhibit booth Exhibitors participating in the game will be highlighted in the Mardi Gras Scavenger Hunt game book, including exhibitor name and logo, booth number, and the provided question or activity. In addition, exhibitors have the option to donate a prize for the Mardi Gras Scavenger Hunt drawing that will be held on Friday, April 29. SHAPE America will notify exhibitors with the name and contact information of the attendee that wins their donated prize. Exhibitors will be responsible for getting the prize to the winning attendee either onsite during the convention or via email/shipping following the event. Exhibitors interested in donating a prize should provide the following information: Name of prize Description of prize Estimated value of prize How Attendees Play As attendees visit participating exhibitor booths, they will need to ask the provided question or perform the suggested activity in order to obtain a sticker for their Mardi Gras Scavenger Hunt game book. In addition, attendees will also earn a string of colorful Mardi Gras beads from each participating exhibitor (while supplies last). Once all stickers have been collected (in the corresponding boxes), game books may be deposited into a drop-box located in the SHAPE America Resource Center booth. Priority Point System
Secure Your Best Booth Position
The SHAPE America Priority Point System recognizes and rewards loyal supporters of SHAPE
America who through exhibiting, advertising, sponsorship and Partners for Active and Healthy
Children (PAHC) membership demonstrate their dedication to the health and physical
education professions.
Priority Points are used in the scheduling process of the Space Selection order for the following
year's SHAPE America national convention and expo. As an added benefit for investing in
sponsorship, advertising or PAHC membership opportunities, exhibitors will receive bonus
priority points. If you are seeking an enhanced SHAPE America National Convention and Expo
experience, we strongly encourage organizations to invest in sponsorship and advertising for the
purpose of bolstering your overall reach.
Five Ways to Accrue Priority Points
1. One (1) point per 100 square feet of space purchased in 2022 and/or reserved in 2020 (e.g., 100 sq. ft. = 1 point,
200 sq. ft. = 2 points, etc.), plus one (1) point for purchasing a Standard virtual booth and two (2) points for
purchasing a Premium Virtual Booth in 2021
2. One (1) point per year of consecutive participation as an exhibitor (2022, 2021, and 2020-held a reservation)
3. Earn additional points for 2022 convention sponsorship based on your support level, as outlined in the
Sponsorship Chart
4. One (1) point for the first $500 spent on 2022 convention advertising and one (1) point for each additional $500
spent, as outlined in the Advertising Chart
5. One (1) point per year of consecutive participation as a member of Partners for Active and Healthy Children
(2022, 2021, 2020 and 2019)
Loss of Priority Points
1. If an exhibitor does not participate for two or more consecutive years, all priority points shall be forfeited.
2. Exhibitors who vacate or dismantle their booth prior to show closing, or who violate any of the other Terms,
Conditions, Rules & Regulations in the exhibitor agreement, shall lose 5 priority points.
In the Event of a Tie
If two organizations have the same number of priority points, Space Selection ranking will be determined by:
Number of years exhibiting (beginning with 2020)
Size of the purchased/occupied exhibit booth for 2022
Dates their booth contracts (for 2022) were submitted

Space Selection assignments for the 2023 SHAPE America National Convention & Expo will be conducted through an online appointment-based procedure and will begin during the week of April 26, 2022. Reserve Exhibit Space
Exhibit space reservations for the 2022 SHAPE America National Convention & Expo are
facilitated through a secure, online platform.
During the exhibit space reservation process, you will additionally be provided opportunities to
add sponsorship and advertising/branding packages to your reservation.
Before reserving an exhibit space, we encourage you to review the 2022 Exhibitor Terms,
Conditions, Rules and Regulations document.
Please note: If you plan to reserve more than 400 sq. ft. of exhibit space, please contact us
BEFORE you attempt to reserve your booth online. This will allow us to work with you personally
to define the appropriate size booth in a mutually agreeable location. It is important that you
take this step BEFORE attempting to reserve your space online.
