in that success and the Ritz-Carlton training allows us to add to
the breadth of training that our staff undergo. Having been on
the training myself, the standards set out are second to none
and we aspire to achieve these in every interaction we have
with customers.
Away from daily activities we have the ever-popular Harrods
Aviation golf day coming up in September. We will be returning
to Hanbury Manor again and its 18-hole, championship-standard
golf course. I hope to see many old and some new faces there on
the day. I’d better get some practice in!
