The work of rangers is becoming more complex and challenging the world over. This training program is part of the “Train the Trainers” concept. Peer-teaching – the transmission of informaton through personal experiences among members of the course. d. Field trips conducted by INPA rangers. We now need to establish Expressions of Interest from those ERF colleagues who wish to atend this training course. An early response would be appreciated as places are limited to just 12, but we also need to establish that there will be enough delegates for the course to go ahead.
