International Conference on Electrical Engineering Research and Practice (iCEERP) 2019 Venue: Western Sydney University, Parramatta, Sydney, Australia 24-28 November 2019 About iCEERP-2019 The International Conference on Electrical Engineering Research and Practice (iCEERP-2019) will be held on 24th to 28th November 2019 in Sydney, Australia. It is jointly organised by the School of Computing, Engineering and Mathematics at Western Sydney University, Sydney, Australia and the Global Circle for Scientific, Technological and Management Research (GCSTMR) as its 5 th World Congress. GCSTMR endeavours to create a platform for young researchers to exchange ideas and share information with experts in their respective fields. GCSTMR encourages and facilitates transnational collaborations among its members and associates in research, training and professional activities. The multidisciplinary international conference series run by GCSTMR open vast opportunities for researchers to interact on the global platform and take advantage of knowledge sharing in the digital arena. iCEERP-2019 is aiming to provide opportunities of professional interaction amongst researchers, practising engineers, industry participants and students to present and share their latest research and practice, and to showcase the latest advancements, trends and future challenges in a broad range of disciplines related to Electrical and Electronic Engineering. iCEERP-2019 Venue iCEERP-2019 will be hosted at the Western Sydney University’s Parramatta South Campus which is situated on the Parramatta River. Sydney with its population of 5.5 million is the capital of New South Wales. The traditional landmarks of the Sydney Harbour; Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge are within easy reach of the conference venue as is the Blue Mountains World Heritage National Park. 1|Page

Authors are invited to submit papers of topics related to this conference. All accepted papers will be peer-reviewed, and accepted papers will be published in the GCSTMR Conference Proceedings book series and also indexed in IEEEXplore. Selected authors will also have the opportunity to expand their iCEERP-2019 conference papers to a full-length paper subjected to satisfying the criteria of the journals. Special Sessions, Tutorials and Workshops The regular sessions in the above themes and tracks will be combined with tutorials, special sessions and workshops. Tutorials will be aiming at the dissemination of mature knowledge and technology advances in the field, and special sessions & workshops will be offering the opportunity for a more focused exchange of ideas and presentation of ongoing research. Prospective organizers are invited to submit proposals for Workshops, and Special Sessions and prospective authors are invited to submit a full paper, via the conference website. More information about paper submission and guidelines for the organizers of Workshops and Special Sessions can be found on the conference website. The conference proceedings will be published by GCSTMR in their conference series and submitted to the IEEE Xplore® digital library. Registration Author registrations that are completed AFTER the Late Registration Deadline may not be included in the Conference Proceedings. You are encouraged to register as early as possible. Full conference registration includes the publication cost of two papers. An additional paper incurs a fee of AU$ 200. International delegates and international students from countries with a per capita GDP of less than USD 10,000 (World Bank, 2017) will receive a discount of AUD 100 on the full registration fee. To use the student registration rate, the student needs to provide his/her supervisor’s contact information in registration and also provide student number information. Cancellation and Refund Policy All cancellation/refund requests must be provided in writing and emailed to secretary@gcstmr.com.au by 24 October 2019. An administrative fee of AUD 50 will be charged for each refund. All requests for registration transfers must be provided in writing and email to secretary@gcstmr.com.au by 24 October 2019. The registration rate difference will apply depending on the category of the new registration. All transfer requests received after 24 October 2019 will be charged an additional admin fee of AUD 50.
