                                                                                          The Walk of Remembrance is an annual event that
                                                                                      creates the opportunity for parents, family members,
                                                                                      and friends to gather and remember a baby who has
                                                                                      died due to miscarriage, stillbirth, SIDS, neonatal or any
                                                                                      type of pregnancy or infant loss. This is the 7th year
                                                                                      this beautiful event has taken place. “It’s a good thing
                                                                                      to have this available to those who have lost a child,
                                                                                      just to gather and say the baby’s name. It’s very hard
                                                                                      to lose a child. We have these people here in solidarity
                                                                                      and support of each other. It’s healthy for people to be
                                                                                      emotional about these hard things,” said Laurie Laws, a
                                                                                      coordinator of the event.
                                                                                          After opening remarks by coordinators of the event;
                                                                                      Laurie and Heidi, a heartfelt rendition of Christina Perri’s

                                                                                      people to recognize their lost children.”
