Foothills Country Hospice presents...
Join us Saturday, August 28 as we rally together for end-of-life care in the Foothills! We are once again
excited to host the greatest car rally fundraiser in the Wild-Wild West. Over the past three years, we have
raised more than $800,000 for Foothills Country Hospice and showcased an incredible line-up of cars from
the Foothills, Calgary and surrounding areas. Come as you are or embrace this year’s theme of 1950’s/1960’s
Cow Folk. There may just be a special prize for the person or group who best represents the tassels and
spurs of this Golden Age of Country!
Follow the clues and answer the trivia as you wind your way through the golden prairie and rolling foothills
of our beautiful Southern Alberta lands. As you cross the finish line at the final check point, you will be
treated to an evening of fun, food, and fundraising. Savour a mouth-watering BBQ meal presented by
Lynnwood Ranch as you enjoy the live entertainment of The Rodeo Riders. And don’t forget to Bid – Bid –
Bid to be the successful winner of the highly sought-after Live Auction items.
Spaces are limited and are expected to sell out quickly. As a past sponsor of Rally 4 Hospice, we would like to
offer you the first opportunity to be involved prior to opening registration to the general public. Then, hang
on to your saddle horn as you cross the finish line and are whisked to our VIP area where you will enjoy the
evening from the chute-side seats.
• Since opening their doors in January 2008, Foothills Country Hospice has provided care to more than
1,300 residents and their families, serving a rural population of over 100,000 Albertans in addition to the
citizens of Calgary.
• There is NO COST to residents for their care, meals or accommodations.
• Foothills Country Hospice is challenged with fundraising $1.3 Million annually to continue operating.

Foothills Country Hospice offers a serene, country setting where
residents & their loved ones receive exemplary end-of-life &
bereavement care.
Our eight bed, 13,500 sq. ft. rural hospice home is located 1.5 km
north of Okotoks on an 8-acre parcel of land, neighbouring golden
canola fields & nestled among forested landscapes with mountain
views.
Since opening our doors in January 2008, we have cared for more
than 1,300 residents and their loved ones, serving the rural Foothills
community in addition to the citizens of Calgary.

1. All sponsorship and registration forms to be completed ONLINE.

2. Sponsorship opportunities will open online two weeks before
registration opens to the general public.
3. Register early to ensure your spot!
• Fee waived for all sponsors
• Includes lunch for 2 and admission for 2 to the After Party
• $100 per each additional passenger (includes lunch and
