Quigley 4x4 Ford Transit VANS and CUTAWAYS:
The Quigley 4x4 Ford Transit whether the component is standard to the Transit or standard Ford component from their F-
Series model line; Quigley engineers, designs and manufactures the 4x4 system with as many Ford OE components as
possible, for ease of service. All non-Quigley components purchased are new, direct from Ford or the Ford supplier.
The various mounting brackets, adapters and other components are Quigley engineered and designed in accordance with SAE
specifications. All of these components are manufactured in house or purchased from Quigley approved vendors. All vehicles
built to U.S. standards only.

RESTRICTIONS:
Passenger Diesel & 3.5L Gas The Diesel and Ecoboost 3.5L Gas Passenger , Single Rear Wheel, units must be pre-approved for weight
reserve capacity before being ordered. There are several OE configurations that cannot be built please
speak with a sales representative for more information. Removal of the appropriate seat/s, required to
meet weight requirements will be a $150.00 charge. Projected seat removal is the first bench - 3
passenger seat. Vehicle may be recertified to 3 passenger less. Neither seat nor hardware will be
returned.
Diesel Dual Door The Diesel with dual side door option is not compatible with 4x4 conversion.

Quigley 4x4 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT TERMS: Due on Completion. UNIT must be paid in full prior to Shipment/Release. 6% PA Sales tax where applicable. When
paying via Credit Card an additional fee will be applied.
VEHICLES: Quigley Motor Company policy is to convert new untitled vehicles.
FREIGHT: FOB Quigley Motor Company facility located in Manchester, PA
SHIPPING: Quigley has no control over the timing of OEM transportation for arrival nor delivery (Drop Ship and Ship-Thru).
SCHEDULE: After placing an order with Quigley via a purchase Order or Signed Quote, your vehicle will be added to our tentative
production schedule. Quigley does not have control over when the vehicle will arrive at Quigley. Upon unit arrival the
production schedule will be confirmed along with the anticipated completion date. Quigley makes no guarantee as to
completion date. Quigley Motor Company assumes no responsibility for any interest charges that may be incurred
during the vehicle’s pause at Quigley. For vehicles on Ship-Thru status, Quigley does not control when the vehicle will
be delivered to the dealership.
WARRANTY: Vehicles converted to 4 wheel drive by Quigley Motor Company retain the OEM warranty on all unaltered portions of the
vehicle. The 4x4 conversion on New Untitled Vehicle carries a Quigley warranty matching the OEM, 5 year/ 60,000 mile
limited warranty for parts and labor on select 4x4 powertrain components. All other Quigley installed 4x4 components
carries a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty for parts and labor. This warranty is only valid for vehicles sold and operated in
the U.S. Please review your warranty packet for more information or contact Quigley Motor Company for a detailed
WARRANTY statement. You can fill out an online warranty registration at www.quigley4x4.com. NOTICE: OPTIONAL and
ACCESSORY EQUIPMENT CARRIES THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY ONLY.
EXTENDED When purchasing extended warranties either from the vehicle manufacturer or an aftermarket company, verify in writing
WARRANTY:
that the extended warranty is valid for vehicles converted to the Quigley 4x4 system. The vehicle manufacturer’s extended
warranty covers only the factory installed components. Quigley Motors does not offer nor does it honor any form of
extended warranties. Quigley units are available from Ford’s ESP Program which covers non-Quigley components.
WEIGHTS: The listed weights added to each vehicle during the 4x4 installation in turn reduce the cargo capacity by said stated
weights. The weights listed per vehicle are an average only. The actual weights and distribution of weights will vary
depending on the type of vehicle ordered and the equipment ordered/applied on said vehicle.
*RESTRICTIONS: -Quigley requires that all CAW chassis have no body installed when we receive them. Units arriving with body pre-
installed will incur and additional $500.00 charge.
- The Passenger, Mid or High Roof, Single Rear Wheel, Diesel and Ecoboost 3.5L have some option limitations due to
insufficient weight reserve on the front GAWR, in certain cases the Diesel unit may require the front 3-passenger bench
seat to be removed. The unit will then be re-certified as a 3 passenger less vehicle. The seat, seat belts, hardware and
brackets will be removed. Neither seat NOR hardware will be returned. Any seat removal, required to meet weight
analysis will be a $150.00 charge. Please contact a sale representative for more information.
-The Diesel with dual side door option is not compatible with 4x4 conversion.
TRANSFER CASE: The Quigley system has a two speed, manual shift transfer case, consisting of 4 positions; 2WD, 4WD HI, 4WD Low and
Neutral. See operating Instructions for proper use. It is recommended to always use the parking brake. BE AWARE
regardless of the transmission position P,R,N,D,M (Park, Reverse, Neutral, Drive, Manual), if the 4x4 shifter is in the N
(Neutral) position the van can and will roll. It is recommended to always use the parking brake.
