than now, to reiterate the importance of his teachings
and remind ourselves of the roadmap he created for
all people. His divinely inspired wisdom and sacri-
fice struck down doors of racism, segregation and
exclusion. As people, united in patriotism, love and
respect, we must strive to maintain our unalienable
freedoms, rights for ourselves and fellow brothers
and sisters, no matter their race, color or creed. For
us to prosper as a nation, we must celebrate, embrace
and promote unity.
