DELI-CAAT
This meal was made by DELI-CAAT, an Amsterdam-
based deli whose team cooks fresh fare every day.
They use mostly local and organic ingredients,
and take care not to waste any of them. You may
notice that all of their meals are vegetarian, and

BAKED IN
AMSTERDAM
The cookies from Baked in Amsterdam are made
with spent beer grains from Brouwerij Troost. Spent
beer grains are normally thrown away, but we’ve
found that they have a great flavour that works
perfectly in cookies. The cookies themselves are
inspired by traditional Australian Anzac cookies,
which were baked and given to soldiers going off

FORT NEGEN
The bread we serve is crafted by Fort Negen: the
sourdough bread bakery located in the Forest of
Amsterdam. All ingredients are locally sourced and
processed by a Dutch windmill! The result: luscious
loaves full of pumpkin, oat, and flax seeds and
cracked corn.

Future of work | Unilever.
Impact Hub Amsterdam was asked by Unilever to
organise an inspiring event around the ‘future of
work’. To inspire the HR team of Unilever, we invited
our startups to present their businesses and talk
about new ways of working. Startups included
Straw by Straw, By the Ocean we Unite, and
Loop.a life. In addition our Forum - that comes
with XL whiteboards - facilitated the brainstorm
sessions. During the day a personal host was
available to guide the event and we made sure the
event was provided by sustainable catering. This
inspiring day ended with drinks and snacks from

made sit-down dinners, like our Partner dinner.
