Enrolment in the 2020/2021 Summer Ascham Holiday Academy is now open.

Enrolment for all programs is via Trybooking https://www.trybooking.com/eventlist/aha
You will be required to pay for the programs selected using a credit card, and a receipt will be automatically generated. A
ticket will be emailed to you upon confirmation. Minimum numbers need to be reached in order for a program to go ahead. If
minimum numbers are not reached, you will be informed and provided with a refund. Enrolments are taken on a ‘first- come,
first-served’ basis as numbers are limited in all programs, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
All details including special needs, medical and known allergies, and emergency contacts must be completed at the
time of booking. There will be no refunds or credits for cancelled bookings. All bookings will incur a Trybooking
2.5% processing fee.

Join us for three days of Christmas activities for a glitter-covered festival of Christmas fun.
Groups are split Years K-1, 2-3, 4-6. Each group has a different activity each day. Students may choose to attend 1, 2 or 3
days. Dates are selected at time of booking. See the schedule below for which programs are on which day for your child.
Gingerbread Houses & Christmas Movie
Spend the morning decorating your dream gingerbread house and the afternoon watching a classic Christmas movie (G-
rated) with Christmas treats!
Christmas Craft & Reindeer Run
Create a range of Christmas ornaments & gifts and compete in the AHA Reindeer Run for candy cane prizes.
Bake Club Christmas Treats
Bake the day away cooking a selection of Christmas treats from around the globe. Sweet and savoury, explore how other
