I. Offering schedules and timeline
Note:
· During the 3 years period, IHT Club Token can be used as room cost, service charge
and facility expense in Sapphire Hill Resort and Rumah Highlands Hotel which belong
to the owner of SHOJIN resort.
· I-house.com platform will assist the subscriber to transfer its portion to the third
parties or program owner at the original price at the end of the 3 years’period. (only
the rest will be transferred If some of portions have been transferred for consumption
in the existing Resort or Hotel)
· IHT CLUB Token will be accepted at a rate of no less than the Retail price for con-
sumption of goods and services within IHT CLUB RESORT SHOJIN after the operation of
the property which begins approximately in the first- quarter of 2019
· The regular retail rates of IHT CLUB RESORT SHOJIN is estimated to be ranging from
PHP45,445/night.

Meanwhile within the 3 years Token will be recognized as a medium of transfer for
room reservation and consumption of services and facilities in program owner`s
existing Resort and Hotel in the Philippines --- Sapphire hills Resort and Rumah
Highlands Hotel.

Gassho-zukuri style houses in the villages in the valley are unique to Japan. They are
very big, and have thick thatched roofs that
come down steeply. This way the snow can
slide off the roofs. There is also enough space
under the roofs to store supplies for long
winters.
Gassho-zukuri. Gassho means praying hands,
suggesting the form of hands raised in prayer
to the buddha. Here it refers to the triangular
shape of the roof.

III. Introduction to IHT Club ‒SHOJIN
Resort
SHOJIN is within an 8.5 hectare property located in
one of the world’s emerging tourist destination ‒
Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, Philippines. The
Palawan province has been acclaimed many times
over by renowned international award institutions.
Shojin is going to be the world’s first Jikitan and
Maitan (magnetic charcoal) tourism-related project,
15 Ryokans (guest accommodations with jacuzzi’s) ‒
structures have already been constructed with Jiki-
tan laid underneath the wooden floorboards.All beds
will also be installed with these Jikitan bags. Installation of Maitan (magnetic charcoal)
underneath the soil in specified locations utilizing the“buried charcoal”method to
stabilize the magnetic field of the land thereby creating power (health) spots.

Vacation Paradise
Palawan in the Philippines is a gem stone, with further polishing, the province will shine

entire location is blanketed in a carpet of fog from 5:30 a m until 8 in the morning. Its
effect is magical, and appears to have an effect of an ocean shimmering in different
hues. Sunsets and sunrises are visibly seen from the location ，The night time sky is lit
with countless stars. The temperature at night is cool similar to that of Baguio City, due
mainly to the cool air that flows down the lush mountainside. Beaches are accessible

El Nido
One of the greatest attractionsof El nido, which
is the world No.1 resort sightseeing spot, is the
outstandingly clear ocean water. Emerald blue
gradation becomes deeper as it goes off the

dise”is such a perfect expression for the place.

There are small waterfalls inside the cave. A

above the underground river. The dome is full

Honda Bay
Island Hopping (the visiting of many islands in succession, usually as part of a holi-
day)on the Honda Bay is one of top things to do in Palawan. Each island at Honda Bay
offers different thrills but Luli Island, Starfish Island and Cowrie Island are all great for
swimming and snorkeling. Panden Island is a private island that can be visited via
private Tours only, BUT there is an additional entrance fee.
Nagtabon Beach
It is almost 1 km long with wide sandy shore-
line, clear blue water and a cool river merging
into the sea. You can easily find a spot where
you will see nothing but nature. There are
moderate waves on the beach most of the time,
making it one of the cleanest beaches in entire
Philippines.12
