3. REGISTRATION
Licenses: Only competitors and team officials with a valid IFSC international license are allowed to register
for the competition.
IFSC Online Registration System: https://ifsc.results.info/users/login
Pre-registration: In order to support the efficient organisation of the competitions, it is very important
that National Federations register participants to the competitions as early as possible.
Deadline: The deadline for registration is 15 days before
on 18 August 2022 at 11:59 PM UTC+0.
4. PRE-EVENT REGULATIONS
All athletes and team officials are recommended to have insurance coverage, covering hospitalization and
all other medical coverage if required due to COVID-19 and possible repatriation back to their home
country.
The IFSC will not be responsible for any of these costs.
5. CONFIRMATION OF ATTENDANCE (as per the Addendum to IFSC Rules)
Delayed Arrival
In case of late arrival please contact the IFSC Technical Delegate as soon as possible.
Technical Meeting
Technical Meeting will be organized at the Venue on September 1 at 7:00 PM (UTC+2:00) where only 1
(one) Team Official per team will be allowed.
Confirmation of Registrations
Confirmation of Registration will be done prior to the Technical meeting form 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM

7. HOW TO GET TO KOPER
By plane
Trieste Airport (Trieste Friuli Venezia Giulia Airport). TRS - 64 km from Koper.
Pula Airport PUY - 102 km from Koper (with border checks).
Ljubljana Airport LJU - 124 km from Koper.
Treviso Airport TSF - 174 km from Koper.
Venice Airport (Venice Marco Polo Airport). VCE - 176 km from Koper.
By car
Koper has easy highway connections from Ljubljana and Trieste.
By bus
Koper has bus connections with Ljubljana, Trieste, other Slovenian seaside towns, and Croatia. There are
three scheduled inter-city bus companies: FlixBus and provide frequent international service,
and Arriva white/blue buses provide domestic bus service along the Slovene coast with
some international routes including Trieste. Nomago sometimes provides some regional inter-city
services.
There are also hourly buses from Ljubljana listed at the Ljubljana bus station with many stops on the way.
The direct bus services to Trieste operate between 3 and 6 times a day.

8. ACCOMMODATION

9. COMPETITION VENUE
IFSC World Cup 2022 will be organized on a new wall in being constructed and is planned to be finished
in June 2022. New wall that is attached to the indoor Boulder climbing center Plus climbing Koper ,
Ljubljanska ulica 2b, 6000 Koper is attached to the football and athletic filed Bonifika, and all together
presents the venue of the event.
General layout of the event area is presented on the scheme below.
The location is in the direct vicinity of the Koper old town and the beach and 500 m from the Koper-
Ljubljana highway.

11. RESPONSE PROTOCOL IN CASE OF POSITIVE RAPID TEST OR SUSPECTED
CASE OF COVID-19
In any case (symptoms or positive test) the team manager has to inform immediately the COVID-19
Outbreak Response Coordinator Doctor and the Technical Delegate.
The person suspected must be immediately placed in a separate room and kept away from the event.
