REGISTRATION FOR IFBB INTERNATIONAL ATHLETES THIS COMPETITION IS OPEN TO ALL IFBB-AFFILIATED NATIONAL FEDERATIONS FROM THROUGHOUT THE WORLD. THE FEDERATION NOMINATES ATHLETES BY SENDING THE FINAL ENTRY FORM WITH THEIR NAMES TO THE IFBB. SUCH FEDERATIONS MUST NOT HAVE ANY DEBTS WITH THE IFBB AND/OR ANY OF ITS PROMOTERS AND AGENTS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH NATIONAL FEDERATION THAT ALL DUES ARE CURRENT TO THE IFBB. PLEASE, BE AWARE THAT IT IS THE FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND OBLIGATION OF THE NATIONAL FEDERATION TO VERIFY EACH ONE OF THE ATHLETES TO BE REGISTERED ON THIS INTERNATIONAL EVENT. VIOLATION OR SUSPENSIONS DUE TO AN ANTI-DOPING RULE VIOLATION, WILL CAUSE BOTH THE ATHLETE AND THE NATIONAL FEDERATION TO BE SUBJECT TO SANCTIONS ACCORDING TO THE WORLD ANTI-DOPING CODE, THE IFBB ANTI-DOPING RULES AND THE IFBB CONSTITUTION AND RULES. IT IS ALSO THE FULL OBLIGATION AND RESPONSIBILITY OF YOUR NATIONAL FEDERATION WITH REGARDS TO ANY DISCIPLINARY CASE, TO MAKE SURE THESE ATHLETES WILL NOT REGISTER/COMPETE/OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CAPACITY IN ANY EVENT EITHER AT NATIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL LEVEL.
FEES & REGISTRATION REGISTRATION OF ATHLETES WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF THEY ARE ENTERED BY THE NATIONAL FEDERATION OF THE ATHLETE. THE FINAL ENTRY FORM should be sent VIA EMAIL DIRECTLY TO THE IFBB TECHNICAL COMMITTEE: AMICHALAK5@GMAIL.COM WITH COPY TO THE IFBB HEAD OFFICE IN MADRID: INFO@IFBB.COM AND TO THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE: WSDEMILIA@YAHOO.COM WITH PASSPORT-SIZED PHOTOS FOR ACCREDITATION. ALL ATHLETES WILL HAVE TO PRODUCE THEIR IFBB INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT/BLUE BOOK AT THE REGISTRATION. ANY ATHLETE WHO HAS NOT YET PURCHASED OR RENEWED HIS/HER IFBB PASSPORT/BLUE BOOK WILL HAVE TO BUY ONE AT THE REGISTRATION. IFBB PASSPORTS/BLUE BOOKS ARE USD $45 PER YEAR AND ARE MANDATORY. THE DEADLINE TO SEND THE ENTRY FORMS IS JULY 05TH, 2019.
FEES & REGISTRATION The IFBB Competition Entry/Registration Fee is USD $150. The Entry/Registration Fee for non-USA athletes will have to be paid in advance online through credit/debit card/PayPal at IFBB webpage: http://www.ifbb.com/competition-registration. For non-USA athletes, Friday, 5th July 2019, 24:00 hrs (midnight- North America Summer Time) the online payment system will be switched off. Entry/Registration payments made on the Registration day will have an extra fee of USD $50. Each athlete participating in the Championship will be provided with an accreditation not to be removed. USA athletes pay their Entry/Registration fee through Physique America co-promoters.
FEES & REGISTRATION COACHES BACK STAGE PASSES FOR COACHES ARE AVAILABLE AT THE ATHLETE’S OFFICIAL REGISTRATION AT A COST OF USD $30. PLEASE ADD YOUR NAME DURING ONLINE PAYMENT AND BRING A COPY OF YOUR PAYMENT TO THE ATHLETE REGISTRATION. COACHES SIGNING UP AT REGISTRATION THE FEE IS USD $50. REGISTRATION DATE, TIME & LOCATION ALL ATHLETES AND COACHES ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER ON FRIDAY, JULY 19TH, BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 3PM UNTIL 8PM, IN MERRICK ROOMS I & II ON THE MEZZANINE LEVEL OF THE HYATT REGENCY LATE CHECK-IN IS SATURDAY, JULY 20TH, 8AM TO 9AM IN THE MERRICK ROOM OF THE HYATT REGENCY LATE FEE IS USD $100.
WEIGH-IN THE WEIGH-IN WILL TAKE PLACE DURING ATHLETE REGISTRATION. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IT IS FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND OBLIGATION OF THE NATIONAL FEDERATION TO VERIFY IF EACH ONE OF THE ATHLETES TO BE REGISTERED ON THIS INTERNATIONAL EVENT IS NOT SUSPENDED OR FULFILLING ANY PERIOD OF INELIGIBILITY DUE TO ANTI-DOPING RULE VIOLATION OR ANY DISCIPLINARY CASE AT NATIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL LEVEL.

ASHE AUDITORIUM COMPETITION VENUE The Ashe Auditorium, features tiered seating for 444 guests with fold-away writing arms, raised stage area, teleconferencing/downlink capabilities, multimedia sound technologies, and stage lighting. The facility is accessible directly from the competition hotel, the Hyatt Regency, to provide a convenience for athletes and officials staying at the hotel. Designed with perfect site lines, every seat will provide a perfect viewing experience for all attending spectators.
MIAMI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT Miami International Airport is the 40th busiest airport in the world and it serves the entire south Florida area. The airport is 9.6 miles from the Hyatt Regency, the host hotel. Depending upon traffic, it is a 15 to 20-minute car ride.
TANNING, HAIR & MAKE-UP We Spray, the ultimate hair, make-up and tanning company is our exclusive sponsor for those services. The use of tans and bronzers that can be wiped off is not allowed. If the tan comes off by simply wiping, the athlete will not be allowed to enter the stage. Professional competition tanning methods (airbrush tanning, cabin spray tanning) may be used if applied by the professional companies and qualified personnel. Sparkles, glitter, shiny metallic pearls or gold coloring are prohibited whether applied as part of a tanning lotion and/or cream or applied separately, regardless of who applied them on the competitor’s body. JUDGES Technical meeting all judges and test judges must be present at the Team Managers and Judges Meeting. Any judge absent at this Meeting, will not be allowed to judge at this competition. All judges must have a valid Judge’s Card with EUR €50 fee paid for 2019. Judges to be taken into consideration during selection of judges panels at the competition, IFBB International Judges (as well as test judges) must be included in the Final Entry Forms sent by National Federations, according to the IFBB Rules. MUSIC All posing music will be 60 seconds for bodybuilding and 60 seconds for women’s physique competitors and must be on an audio CD or USB disc only. The posing music must be the only track on CD or USB disc. Each competitor must affix his name on the CD for easy identification. The use of profane, vulgar and offensive language is strictly prohibited in the posing music.
AWARDS Top six athletes in each category will be awarded with medals or trophies and IFBB Certificates of Excellence. Overall winner in each division will receive a trophy. 14 IFBB Elite Pro Cards will be awarded: Men’s Physique(2), Classic Bodybuilding (1), Classic Physique (2) and Bodybuilding (2) as well as Women’s Physique(1), Bodyfitness-Figure(2), Bikini Fitness(2) and Wellness Fitness(2). . The Pro Card winners will have 1 year to apply for the IFBB Elite Pro Card through their National Federation.
