The Valve Repair Council (VRC) is dedicated to providing value to its membership, not only by creating networking opportunities with valve manufacturers, but also by creating opportunities for members to participate in events that will help them to develop their own service capabilities and differentiate them in a market full of competitors. The VRC’s Valve Repair Meeting and Exhibits which is open to members and others in the repair industry focuses on some of the issues specific to repairing valve assemblies and keeping them operating at peak efficiency, as well as addressing high-level concerns about what is happening in the industry, what Pressures it faces and where it is headed. Kim Beise, President, DOWCO Valve ABOUT THE PROGRAM ATTENDEE REGISTRATION FEES Following a successful 2012 inaugural event, the Valve Repair Attendee registration is open to all VMA/VRC members and Council (VRC) plans to hold its fourth Valve Repair Meeting industry non-members. Registration fees are $495 for the Tour and Exhibition in Houston. This program is a day and first registration and $425 for any additional registrants. Your a half program and includes targeted sessions, each designed registration fee covers education sessions on June 7-8, access to specifically for an audience of skilled professionals in the valve the exhibit area, and all food functions to include continental repair and rebuild industry. If you need to register a third exhibitor representative, you can do so for a registration fee of $95. Hotel Valve Repair Tour Reservations Advance registration and additional ticket fee of $50 required Each year, VRC also arranges a tour for Valve Repair attendees. Sheraton This year’s tour will be held on June 6, 2018 from 1:30 - 6:30pm Brookhollow (see schedule on page 3). This year, the Valve Repair Council has made arrangements with TEAM Industrial, United Valve 800-325-3535 and A-T Controls to tour their facilities. A-T Controls will be providing dinner at their facility. If you wish to attend the tour, please purchase a tour ticket when registering. Accommodations for the 2018 Valve Repair Meeting Tour and Exhibition have been arranged at the discounted rate of $159 single/double at the Sheraton Houston Brookhollow.
