                                    Township of Langley. Hazelmere caters to guests from Greater
                                    Vancouver, the Fraser Valley and from out of town.

                                    Our natural grass practice facility is the best place in the region
                                    to warm up or to work on your game. With five target greens and
                                    a practice fairway bunker golfers can practice every aspect of the
                                    game.

                                                                                       he following guidelines will
  assist you in preparing for the event and ensure we have accurateinformation for our signage and online promotions.

  For Alcoholic Beverage Suppliers: A reminder of the rules for product sampling - The golf course m
                                                                                                    ust order the
  product in advance as the responsible licensee. The allowable amount of beer or wine to be sampled is 30mL (1oz) or
  10mL of spirits per person. The course will then invoice your company for the cost of the product. All staff serving sample
  product must have Serving It Right and may not be affiliated with another licensee or liquor agent.

  Timeline:
  •   Course set up will be organized by Hole placements on the front and back 9. You will beemailed your hole placement
      and set-up time on June 7th. The earliest set-up time will be 11:00 AM. There is usually a wait for the golf carts to take
      you to your hole s o we highly recommend arriving on time.
  •   Shot gun start is at 1:00 PM. The tournament will take approximately 5.5 hours to c omplete. Please stay until all teams
      have played through your hole.
  •   Dinner will start at 6:30 PM.

  •   A limited number of holes can be equipped with a table                    •   Ice to be purchased
