Exam Sessions: May and November • You are allowed to register for three exam sessions • May 2022 will be your first • You can register for retakes twice
Fees • Subject fee is 85€ per subject • You will get an invoice from Gradia in the spring

Other Assignments School Internal Deadlines You have to follow the school internal deadlines for the Diploma assignments! These are the official deadlines for you, not the ones by the IBO (those are for the teachers)!
See Peda.net and ManageBac for the Internal Deadlines! If you fail to submit the first version of an assignment on time, you will not get any feedback! Your subject teacher needs to be able to follow the process! They are required to authenticate your work as your own! IF THEY DON'T HAVE TIME TO DO THIS PROPERLY, YOU WILL NOT GET A DIPLOMA

• July 6th (normally) • You can access your results on Candidates.ibo.org using your pin code • You will get to know the diploma grade for all subjects; TOK and EE • You will know if CAS requirements have been met • You will know if you have been awarded a Diploma or a Bilingual Diploma Results • The component grades will be issued two days after the results • Contact SOIS
Certificates and Diplomas in August 2022 You will get a certificate of your grades In addition, if you meet the Diploma requirements, you will get a separate (bilingual) Diploma
The Award of the Diploma - CAS Requirements have been met - No N awarded for TOK or EE - No grade E awarded for TOK or EE - No grade 1 awarded in a subject/level - No more than two grade 2s awarded (SL or HL) - No more than three grade 3s or below awarded (SL or HL) - The candidate has gained 12 points or more on HL subjects (For candidates who register for four HL subjects, the three highest grades will count) - The candidate has gained 9 points or more on SL subjects (Candidates who register for two SL subjects must gain at least 5 points at SL) - The candidate has not received a penalty for academic misconduct from the final award committee
Registration for the Final Exams on ManageBac You will complete your ManageBac Profile: Plans SOIS and VALM will register you ON IBIS BASED ON THE INFORMATION YOU HAVE SUBMITTED Remember to use your real name as it will be printed on the certificate and the diploma
Candidates.ibo.org After the registration, you will get - a personal code (will stay the same even if you retake exams) - a session code (different for each exam session) - a pin code
