Function Areas Thankyou for your interest in hosting a cocktail style function at Hugos Manly. With uninterrupted views across the spectacular beauty of Manly Cove, our cocktail lounge area is the perfect space for you to indulge in our award winning pizzas and cocktails or simply enjoy everything that is ‘Hugos Manly’. Our functions areas are available for a 2 hour period and can comfortably accommodate anything from 20 guests (min) to 80-100 guests (max). Please note that we do not accept function bookings on Friday, Saturday or Sunday evenings and terms & conditions apply. Terms & Conditions General Upon confirmation; your credit card details are required on the booking confirmation sheet to secure your function. Payment for any food or beverages is to be paid on the date of the event and no later. Upon cancellation a fee of $200 will be charged if less than 2 days notice is given. Please note that whilst we will endeavour to secure your function in the area requested, management reserve the right to move your function to the best suited area without notice. All functions have a 2 hour duration with an extension time being subject to the managers discretion. All prices are inclusive of GST. A minimum spend of $2000 is required to secure the lounge area for a 2 hour period based on 15ppl. ( the min spend requirement will vary depending on the size, date and time of your function) The host is solely responsible to ensure this minimum spend is met by the consumption of food and beverages throughout the duration of the function. The dress code for Hugo’s is “smart casual”. Shoes are required at all time. Guests between the ages of 18 years old and 21 years old should carry photo identification on them at all times. All pizzas are available gluten free. A $3 surcharge applies. Conduct of Event The client shall conduct the event in an orderly manner compliant with the rules of the venue and in accordance with all applicable laws. BYO is not permitted. Smoking is not permitted in the restaurant. The client is liable for the actions of their invitee’s and any damages or losses incurred. Any costs will be invoiced directly. Restaurant’s Right The venue does not assume responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to any property belonging to the client, client’s guests or invitees. The venue reserves the right to exclude or remove any undesirable persons from the event or the venue premises without liability. The venue also reserves the right to cancel the booking if: The venue or any part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond the restaurant’s control The client becomes insolvent, bankrupt or enters into liquation or receivership The event may prejudice the reputation of the venue The deposit (where applicable) has not been paid by the due date Responsible Service of Alcohol Hugo’s management and employees will at all times be bound to state licensing laws and the responsible service of alcohol act.
