THANK YOU FOR YOUR ENQUIRY Cavalli Estate is set in the heart of the Winelands within 110 hectares of REGARDING AN EVENT AT CAVALLI ESTATE. meticulously farmed vineyards and indigenous gardens. The Estate, with exquisite views of the Helderberg mountains, is renowned for it’s modern and luxurious architecture and gardens, all of which uphold a commitment to sustainability. Cavalli Estate is the first Green Star rated restaurant and exhibition space in South Africa! Located conveniently on the R44 highway between Stellenbosch and Somerset West, the estate has been designed to accommodate events of any scale or nature.
THE MAIN FUNCTION VENUE Thefunction venue is characterized by its contemporary and neutral design, able to be adapted to the style of your event, with adequate space to seat 350 people or 300 people with a dance floor. SUNKEN GARDEN he sunken g ardenis a formal, hedged T space situated adjacent to the main function v enue. T he green enclosure is the perfect space foran outdoor wedding ceremony or pre-reception drinks with live entertainment. The space seats up to 350 cinema-style or 400 people standingand is equipped with connection points for abedouin tent which is available for hire. The Sunken Garden is included in the main function venue packages. OPTIONAL EXTRAS: BEDOUIN TENT HIRE R 12,500.00
CONSERVATORY This intimate venue enjoys a unique setting, right on the water’s edge. The glassed enclosure takes full advantage of the stunning views, over the damto the Helderberg Mountains.The area accommodates150 guests cinema-stylewith the backdrop behind the ‘altar’ position beinga 60 year old Fuschia Pink Pride of India tree that blooms abundantly over the summer season. This Conservatory space is perfect for up to 70 guestsseated banqueting style to enjoy a private lunch or dinner. We also o ffer the s pace as a wedding venue for up to 50 guestsincluding a dance floor. PARKING & SECURITY Cavalli Estate has abundant parking and guests can have peace of mind that the estate has full perimeter security, CCTVthroughout the venue and a full complement of security guards. TIMES & SOUND RESTRICTIONS All venues areavailablefrom 09h00 until midnight on the day of the function. The Client may request that the event be extended after midnight for which an additionalhourly fee of R3,000.00 will be levied, for a maximum of 4 hours. Staff rates are additional to this. Due to liquor licence requirements, the barcloses at 02h00. Music louder than 35db is not allowed in the sunken garden, grass area, or terrace. Music in the main function hall may only be increased from 80 dB after 10pm.

BEVERAGES Cavalli Estate is fully licenced and will manage all your bar and beverage requirementsin houseand no other alcohol may be brought onto the premises. We will require your final bar arrangements strictly 14 days prior to your event; Our team will assist in determining a bar estimate and a beverage deposit needs to be paid in full 7 days prior to the event. In the case of additional beverage consumption please note that a credit card payment will be required to settle the bill upon the day. As part of our liquor licence regulations our bar will close at 02h00.
SITE VISITS BOOKING THE VENUE Site inspections are by appointment only.
