You 4. Focus your information on the most important requirements Me in the job advertisement (not a written version of your CV!) We 5. Use a structure e.g. You – Me – We 6. Tell them how you see the company but don‘t lecture them (no C&P of Wikipedia text) 7. Show your motivation to work there! 8. Show that you are willing to learn and develop in the job. 9.
