Covid 19 NEW COVID BEST PRACTICES These are trying times for everyone, and we hope that you all are well and staying safe. Our goal is to keep everyone as safe as possible. If any exhibitor is sick or if you know that you have been exposed to COVID-19 or if you are uncomfortable with the precautions we are tak- ing., do not enter - stay home. Our mental and physical well-being are most important at all times. Remember that entering a dog show is done at your own risk. Signed Release Agreement must be on file with the Show Secretary to enter the Grand Ball- room. If you have not read the Release Agreement on page 3 of this premium list, you should do so now and be aware of what you are signing.. Send in the release agreement with your entries to the Show Secretary. Release Agreement forms will be available from the Show Secre- tary. We will be following the rules and guidelines set forward by the Pennsylvania state, county and local agencies along with CDC and AKC guidelines. Our aim is to keep our judges, volunteers and exhibitors as safe as possible. The show days may be longer than in the past due to multiple factors. We anticipate that we will be limited to a certain number of people that will be allowed to "gather". We are not returning to "normal" as there is no "normal at this time! General rules: * Avoid touching dogs that are not your own as the owners will certainly have kissed their dogs. *Gloves are a personal choice. Ring stewards may be wearing them. Masks: As this premium list goes to print, the State of Pennsylvania states that masks are no longer mandated if you are fully vaccinated. Crating: * If you are asked to move farther away - DO IT. If we get complaints, we will ask you to move or leave. NO REFUNDS Ring: We will be following the AKC Guidelines and minimizing the number of people in and around the ring. There will be ring openings for entrance and exit. Do NOT crowd the ring entrance. You will pick up your arm bands from a table. DO NOT pick up another exhibitor's arm band. Volunteers: We will have hand sanitizer and gloves for the ring crew to use and disinfectant spray to use on chairs and tables. Check-in sheets for all the classes will be available before the show - all the gate sheets for the ring will be posted on a table, you can check in your dog then using a pen that you bring with you. Bathrooms in the Hotel: We will have soap available in the bathrooms - wash your hands frequently! There will also be spray that you can use to disinfect any surfaces. Bring your own hand sanitizer! We will have hand sanitizer for the workers, but exhibitors will need to bring your own. Results will be posted on the wall as quickly as possible. We have tried to include everything! There may be adjustments based on many factors. We will continue to try to make the 2021 National Specialty Pekingese shows run as smoothly as possible for all. 2
