ABOUT KERRYTOWN
Kerrytown was one of the first residential
areas in Ann Arbor. While keeping its old-town
feel, the Kerrytown neighborhood is now also a
modern spot that many students call home.
Kerrytown is near downtown without all the
noise. Coupling this with the quaint farmers
markets and walkability of the area, it's easy to
see why this is a popular neighborhood.

Single family homes majorly rented by undergraduate It's a good location. It's about a 5 minute walk to Ross
and graduate students. Lively but not disruptive. Corner and a 10/15 walk Downtown. There are several take-out
store and Argus Farm Stop walkable for basic groceries. restaurants and bars in the area as well as a hardware
5 minute walk to "the triangle" with many fast-food store, so it's easy to run out and get things last-minute if
options. Limited sit-down restaurants. needed. There are a fair number of undergrads/frats in
the area and they can be noisy during weekend nights,
but the building is positioned so that the noise is
minimized.

fix any issues, we were able to paint and that really makes our
apartment feel like home. My only complaint is that the heating
is old and so sometimes noisy. All in all a good value for the cost.”

“It’s an old but cozy apartment in White Coat Area that has
everything I need - nice, spacious living room, good kitchen &
dining area, bedrooms have decently spacious closets. There is a
washer/dryer in the basement which works well through a
phone app payment. This is as cheap as you can get a place this
close to the hospital. Cons: No dishwasher, and sometimes it
takes a couple calls to get maintenance requests done. But it’s a
nice comfy living space with very few extra costs - gas/water are
covered within rent, so we only pay for internet and electricity on
the side.”

being a bit further from the med school but it is an easy drive or

unit laundry. Walk-in closets are massive. There's a pool,
outdoor grills, a media room, and a gym. Be sure to view the unit
you're interested if you can; the natural light can vary by unit.
The building is generally quiet, the walls are quite thick. Many

roommate is having. My apartment doesn't get very warm in the
winter. There is not a lot of storage. There is a gym /hot tub/
public study spaces in the building. There is a 24 hour 711
convenience store/a sushi restaurant on the 1st floor. There is a
heated parking garage available for $250 a month."

location and we especially love how it is right off a hidden gem of
a park called West Park. We like being a 10 minute walk from
downtown Kerrytown, but also having some space from White
Coat Area. I’m a ~25 minute walk from the med school/
Taubman, but there are great bus routes that can get me there in
10 mins or I will just bike. Our building is clean and updated, and
we are able to get a 2BR for the price of a 1BR if we were living in
Kerrytown or downtown.”
