Downtown Versatile Location with a lot of Graduate Students ABOUT DOWNTOWN Living Downtown or on Central Campus allows you to easily walk to the shops, restaurants and entertainment on Main St, Liberty St and State St. It can sometimes get noisy at night and finding parking can be challenging but it's also super convenient for commuting purposes as a student. If you couldn't guess by the name, this is the campus hub so you'll experience a true college-town feel here. Kerrytown Farmers' Markets and Scenic Streets ABOUT KERRYTOWN Kerrytown was one of the first residential areas in Ann Arbor. While keeping its old-town feel, the Kerrytown neighborhood is now also a modern spot that many students call home. Kerrytown is near downtown without all the noise. Coupling this with the quaint farmers markets and walkability of the area, it's easy to see why this is a popular neighborhood. Management is professional and quick to fix any issues, we were able to paint and that really makes our apartment feel like home. My only complaint is that the heating is old and so sometimes noisy. There is a washer/dryer in the basement which works well through a phone app payment. This is as cheap as you can get a place this close to the hospital. Cons: No dishwasher, and sometimes it takes a couple calls to get maintenance requests done.
