Hello Summer By Mary White The glorious sun is shining, see all the happy faces ☺☺☺☺ I look around our center and love all the happiness I see in full swing. I can hardly talk because of all the noisy chatter going on at every table. I love every minute of the chatter, but my croaky old voice doesn’t like it very much. One thing’s for sure, it makes me listen instead of talking so much LOL! I look forward to seeing everyone and enjoying their wonderful company. May was so special!! Some of us had our first picnics in the park, enjoying each other’s company and eating spinach wraps one day & deli dogs on another both made by our kitchen crew. There was the wonderful Mother’s Day Tea on the 8th, beautiful Easter finery, lovely decorations and 50 ladies enjoying the good company and fancy finger food. And after all that fun can you believe we went on a mystery dinner trip on the 25th to Worland and had a fine meal at Asian Cuisine! You’d think I’d shared enough happiness with everyone, but the bus also took a group of shoppers to Cody on the 27th. And don’t forget the card games, the pool and the Saturday night Bingo. Just think of all the great things to look forward to in June!! What a wonderful Senior Center we have, it means so much to all of us in our senior community! 10 | Hot Springs County Senior Center
