ADULT This Fall’s Adult Fitness & Enrichment Programs at the Recreation Center feature FITNESS & classes focused on the body and mind. From yoga and pilates to a defense class, ENRICHMENT participants will also get a great workout based on their skill level. Beginners Pilates Mat Class Pilates is a series of exercises supporting strengthening & toning of the body. Exercises are performed lying on back, lying on side, prone, seated, and standing. Participants should wear comfortable clothing meant for exercise and bring a mat. Carlson Tennis – Stars Program The goals of this program are development, fun, and success. Using low compression balls, smaller rackets, and shorter courts, kids will be playing right away.
