First, many thanks to all who generously
supported our missionary outreach with the
Operation Christmas Child gift boxes! We
were able to add about 60+ boxes to the
number being sent through the Steamboat
Christian Center and they were able to
surpass their goal of 750 boxes sent!
Now, during this Advent season you will find a
“Giving Tree” in the narthex, decorated with red heart and yellow star tags you may take if you’d like to
help those closer to home.
If you would like to help Operation Good Shepherd in a special way, please take a red heart tag to pro-
vide either rent or utility assistance. Place the tag in the special red envelope near the tree, along with a
check in the amount you wish to contribute. If you would like to have your donation go specifically for
rent or utilities, please indicate that on the tag or on your check. If you take a grocery gift card tag, gro-
cery cards may be in denominations of either $25, $50 or $100. You may drop the red envelopes in the
basket near the tree, drop it off at the Parish Office or place it in the offertory basket. All donations will
be used to help those individuals and families in Routt County.
The yellow star tags represent actual gifts for seniors at both The Haven and The Doak Walker Center.
Please return the gifts either wrapped or unwrapped and PLEASE include the star tag so we can keep
track of what gifts have been given. You’ll notice that some of the stars ask you to perform a good deed;
please take the star and keep it as a reminder of the good deed you plan to perform.
We ask that all gifts/donations be returned by December 15.
Thank you for continuing to be the shining light of Holy Name in our community!
2021 Christmas Mass Schedule
December 24th The 4 pm and 6 pm Christmas Eve Masses December 25th
are usually the most crowded. Therefore,
Holy Name to prevent overcrowding, we request you Holy Name
pre-register if you plan to come to either 9 a.m.. & 11 a.m.
4 p.m. , 6 p.m., & 10 p.m. one of these two Masses. Please use the
designated QR Code to sign-up.
