CEO MESSAGE MANAGE SPORT LIKE NEVER BEFORE 100% As we head into a new decade, there are some important and exciting developments on the horizon for our sport and we want to ensure our volunteer administrators are prepared and equipped with all the tools and Benefits for Volunteer Administrators FREE information required to ensure that any burden is eased as much as possible. One of these developments is the recent national move to the revolutioniseSPORT platform. After positive SAVE TIME, EFFORT AND STRESS – GUARANTEED feedback from NSW Clubs and Associations over the past three years, Hockey Australia announced the national roll-out of the platform in late 2019. The biggest change for all our Clubs and Associations is that the platform will now be FREE for everyone! For those already on the platform, your account will automatically be extended to 2023. If you are not currently using revolutionise, your Club or Association will be able to sign up for no Fully mobile Save hours charge. This will include access to a FREE website for your Club or Association. We encourage any Clubs and & tablet of time & Associations who haven’t come on-board yet to contact us and chat about how the system can help you save friendly eliminate hours of time. AIR QUALITY GUIDELINES COMPLAINT/INCIDENT PROCEDURES Smoke Pollution and Exercise Have you ever wondered what the procedures are for the different types of complaints/ incidents that you may receive as a volunteer? Below we have created a guide to help you: Current air quality conditions can significantly impact a sport participants ability to exercise. The AIS (Australian Institute of Sport) has created guidelines to assist sports in safe decision making on participants training and playing in smoke affected areas. The affiliation fee payable by each Association will be $8.25 per registered player in the previous year. July 24th - 26th Women’s Masters North State Championships (Taree) Noting the calculation will only be based on primary registered players for each Association.
