11 Support MAP and Receive a Gift By Jim Counter Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, some of our normal sources of funding for our Member Assistance Program for GVR members have had to reduce their support. However, our major source of funding for MAP is our GVR members. The need for MAP has NOT decreased this year, so please consider helping your neighbors by giving to MAP through the GVR Foundation. One of our GVR members, Captain Kelly J. Galvin, has stepped up to the plate by offering a copy of his recently released book “My Iraqi War Logs” to the first thirty (30) people who make a $25.00 or more donation to MAP through the GVR Foundation. You may send your tax deductible donation to: GVR Foundation PO Box 1553 Green Valley, AZ 85622 To receive your copy of “My Iraqi War Logs,” please call a GVR Customer Service Representative at (520) 625-3440 to make pickup arrangements. Please bring a copy of your donation acknowledgment letter with you when you pick up your book!
