There will be five lucky winners! Schedule a blood donation appointment by either downloading the Blood donor App at RedCrossBlood.org or calling 1-800-733- 2767. PARSONAGE NEWS The charge conference met Wednesday night, April 7, and decided to purchase a new parsonage and sell the old one. The next step is to arrange an inspection for the new house. If no significant problems are found the purchase will move forward. The trustees will then likely make some cosmetic improvements for the old parsonage in order to increase its sale value. If everything progresses according to plan, we will sell the old parsonage quickly and have the new house ready for the new pastor to move in by mid-June. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask the pastor or check in at the church office. Even though this has moved along in an quick and timely manner, we will continue to be transparent with the congregation and open to ideas and suggestions. JOBS AVAILABLE Due to a generous grant of over $30,000, Grace Church has several part time jobs to offer individuals who have lost work or income since the beginning of the pandemic. The church council approved a process for administering that grant at their March meeting. If you know of someone who could use some part-time work (about 5 or 6 hours a week) please contact the office. We have a standing committee who will interview the person and see if we can develop a job that will both help the church and one that will be appropriate to the skills of the applicant. Anyone form age 16 up can apply, including people already retired. Priority will be given to our church family, but others can apply as well. OPTIONS FOR WORSHIP
